Give her lands back to her

You tell her the truth. (Except of course for the part, you have taken in poisoning the king). She understands Henri must be giving out titles and lands to win support for his rule, so she is not angry with you. But you feel, those lands belong to her after all... She is most happy to hear your words as you give them back to her, even if not officially. She can keep managing her home via letters, but you will keep her at your side to protect her from future harm, that could come from Henri. She agrees, hugs you and you both keep travelling to your manor.
