Stepping forward, Kasha walked to the treasure chest, preparing to check it for traps.
But the moment she stepped on a section of floor without the pink path, the floor disappeared beneath her. She had only a moment to realize that an illusion had been placed on the floor, and only the areas covered by the pink path were real.
There was little time to ponder that, however, as Kasha realized what lay below her.
