Get off Lapras

I get off Lapras. Then walk straight to the professor's lab it's not my lab but in order to become a Pokemon trainer I would have to go overseas and start elsewhere.

So here I am. In the region were Dialga and pilalca come from. I say into my recording device. I wonder if i will get to see them Up close.
