Get fit - join a gym

"All this laying around is very unhealthy" Mom says, "You can go to the gym with your sister, I've asked her to enrol you. "

"But Mom" you whine, "she's a fitness freak - she goes every day"

"And so will you" Mom says. "Emma will be giving me regular fitness updates on you, and if there's any slacking then you'll be punished by s good spanking - but not across your butt like a spoiled brat but between your legs where it's more humiliating and more sensitive. I don't want to do it but hopefully I won't need to, this is your chance to get fit and healthy - you'll thank us eventually, I'm sure"

You try arguing but Mom will have none of it. Then an idea occurs to you. "But what do I wear? You've taken all my clothes away and they won't let me in with just the skimpy underwear you've left me with"

"You can wear Emma's old sports outfit, the one she wore at school" Mom says, defiantly

"B... but Mom" you protest, "she outgrew it - it'll be too small for me"

"Tough" Mom says, "try it on, I'm sure I can let it out if it's really bad"

Knowing that Mom's skill at sewing is piss poor, I don't feel too optimistic about her chances. She goes to the bottom of the stairs and shouts up to my sister. "Em" she shouts, "Bring me your old sports outfit - the one you were going to put in the bin"

"It'll be no good for anything else" Emma shouts down, "I haven't even washed it since I wore it last"

"Just bring it" Mom shouts, "You'll see why when you come down"

"OK" Emma shouts "It's with my old school clothes in the loft, I won't be a tick"

We hear the sound of the loft ladder and then of Emma rummaging about

I've not bothered speaking much to Emma so I don't know what she thinks about me and my lifestyle, which is in total contrast to hers. As we wait for her to come down I realise that if she resents, or worse still hates, me, she'll make it tough for me. However, she could love me despite what she may see as my many shortcomings, in which case she'll support me on my road to reform.
