A fellow of the college has two duties: teaching and research. You used to find teaching an annoying distraction from what you considered your real work, then the Rulebook changed everything. Teaching became fun, perhaps too much. Your grad-students more than picked up the slack when you devoted more time to thrashing (and fucking) nubile young ladies than was perhaps strictly necessary, but once the novelty wore off, you were able to balance your work commitments more evenly. Accordingly, you plan to spend a few hours reading and making notes for your next paper.

Sometimes, you visit the joint work space, but since conversation there is limited in order to avoid disturbing other research groups, you often prefer to work alone in your rooms, the library or even at home, using your computer to communicate with your post-grads. Today, you manage to get a good chunk done and you're pleasantly surprised when you glance at the time and realize that you've immersed yourself in your subject for hours without the urge to spank or shag a gorgeous student. You lean back in your chair and close your eyes for a moment, eminently content with your new life. The discipline and superb sex will still be there when you need them, but they're just one part of what the Rulebook's given you.
