It's time to

Get a workout in

As you walk to the gym you can already feel the tight material of the pants influencing your gait. It's forcing your posture a little more upright. you think you remember reading that this is good for the health of your back.

You've always been a bit of a geek for "smart" appliances. Whether it was your door that you could lock and unlock from your phone, your fridge that theoretically would remind you what to buy if you had bothered to cook before or your smart watch that collected health data. Not that you had ever even looked at the data you were collecting until Cerve came along but you got a kind of enjoyment out of knowing you had it.

You wouldn't have predicted "smart pants" were the next gadget you'd add to your collection but the idea excited you all the same. You wondered just how good the sensors could be.

After arriving at the gym your phone buzzes with Cerve's routine. Looks like today you're going to do cardio and some core workouts. You hop onto the treadmill and start a slow casual jog. Within minutes you are gassed. You really are quite out of shape. Your phone buzzes with a message from Cerve with detailed instructions for improving your running form and appearantly you weren't breathing properly as well. You guess you have your answer as to how good the sensors are.

After taking in the suggestions you try another mile on the treadmill you find that, although you were still definitely out of shape, the improvements in form let you run for nearly twice as long before you needed another walking break.
