You and Jennifer leave the restaurant. As you drive she sidles up to you and lays her head on your shoulder. You pull up to a fancy hotel and toss the keys to a valet. Inside is an immaculate 5 star hotel with ornate furniture and decor.
“How can I help you?” The front desk woman asks.
“Yes, penthouse suite,” you say.
“I’m sorry, sir, but it’s already taken,” the woman tries to explain.
You flash your company card.
“Oh... yes, the room has been reserved for your company, sir. You can go right up.”
Your company handbook had said that this hotel was one of the benefits that came with being promoted. A nice penthouse to have sexual escapades without the wife/girlfriend finding out. It was on a first come first serve basis, but if someone was in there you’d have been directed to one of the more expensive honeymoon suites instead.
You and Jennifer took the elevator to the Penthouse. Inside was a beautiful white marble floor with white elegant walls and expensive furniture. It looked like something out of a movie.
Jennifer spun around in awe at the decor. “They really are paying you the big bucks,” she said with a grin.
