Get a Pair of Pants and a Belt

You grab a pair of pants and put it on yourself, sans underwear because you figure you'll probably be staying in your apartment. You grab a second pair and a belt and head back out to the living room. You toss them to Fred and go get a mop to clean up your "little mess" from earlier.
