Gang Activity

Melissa longed to fit in. She tried fitting in with the popular girls, but they found her desperation to fit in annoying. She was not brainy enough to fit in with the nerdy straight-A students, and she was not much of a jock. She then decided on the tough kids. It was the end of her senior year, and she wanted to be in a clique before graduation.

Melissa took up smoking, though she hated it, and started to dress in more jeans and leather. The tough kids, though, knew that when Melissa tried to suck up to the popular girls, she bad-mouthed the tough kids calling them "losers," and "future janitors and welfare queens," and they knew Melissa's reputation for being an annoying hanger-on.

The tough kids pretended to embrace Melissa, and after school one day, they decided she was ready for the initiation. They told her all she had to do was run one naked lap around the park two blocks from school. They convinced her they all had done it.

Melissa stripped and stretched a bit.

"Go!" said Emma.

Melissa took off, she covered her chest with her arm and her crotch with a hand.

"No covering yourself!" yelled Brian.

After Melissa was half-way around the track, the tough kids grabbed all of her clothes and ran off.
