Game Day (Amber POV)

You scroll through your phone, while Yuruki and the Sirens run drills. They’re running laps, doing passing drills, and running practice plays. Just like most days, since you’ve joined Yuruki. The first couple days were certainly exciting, watching Yuruki get all sweaty.

But there is only so much you can be entertained by muscles, sweat, and Yuruki’s many grunts. So now you lay out on a pile of gymnastic mats, checking out Chatoter. You do your best to ignore all the notifications, knowing that most of them are hate, although there is a fair share of support mixed in. Instead you decided to check in on your friends.

Jack is training with the Laurels. John and Opal are camping, you don’t see Roger or Humphrey in any of their pictures. Paris posted a picture, and you recognize the background as Daisy’s house in Pallet Town. Blue posted pictures of his cock sliding between Zoe’s tits. JJ has a slew of photos of him with a hot redhead, and a broad shouldered man, all three of them looking thoroughly fucked.

You love spending time with Yuruki, and the tons of post workout sex is amazing. But you’ve grown accustomed to adventuring, to being on the move, or having something to do. And now after the high of the tournament, the high of WINNING the tournament, you’re stuck in one place.

Your phone slips from your fingers, pulled away in Yuruki’s grasp. “What are you thinking about?” she grins. She hangs over you, sweat beading across her face. She leans in for a kiss, and you push up to meet her.

“Just bored,” you answer, “Missing the adventure.”

She climbs over you, straddling your hips, she pushes your hair back, “You’ll be back out there soon enough.”

You sigh, “I know.”

“How about this, we’ve got our game tomorrow. Then a few days off before we need to be in Vermillion for our next match. What if we took those days, and took a trip over to Lake of Rage, have a picnic?”

You smile, “That sounds perfect.”

“But first, I’ve got a bit more of a workout to go. Care to join me?” You laugh, you fell for that your first day in Ecruteak, and you thought your legs would never stop burning. “What if I do pushups with you on my back?” she pivots.

Your stomach flutters at the thought, “Okay.” She grabs your hand, guiding you off the stack of mats. You giggle as you sit on Yuruki’s back, lowering you and herself only to rise again.

You stand cheering as Yuruki scores another goal. “Woooo, go Yuruki!” Shelby’s newest boy toy stands at your side cheering alongside you.

The short skirt of the cheerleading outfit Yuruki dressed you in floats each time you jump in excitement. You’d maybe be embarrassed if you weren’t in the private box seats for friends and family of the team.

The Ecruteak Bells pass to their flyer, Howard, he’s swooping in for a goal. A rock collides with him mid air. Yuruki’s Rhyperior looks proud on the ground. The crowd gasps as Howard falls from his Bombirdier.

Jaylyn’s sister grabs your hand. Howard falls towards the ground. The safety refs start swooping in for the rescue, but Shelby’s Corviknight catches the opponent first. The crowd cheers as the jumbotron zooms in on Shelby and Howard. The rest of the game is exciting, the Sirens running circles around the Bells.

After the game, you and the others watch the post game interview with the Sirens. The opening questions go to Shelby about her catching Howard. “Us flyers have to watch out for each other.”

The rest of the team got questions about various other parts of the game. Yuruki got questions about her being seen at the Rookie Tournament. She winks at the camera, and you know it’s for you. “I was there cheering on a favorite rookie of mine.”

“And would that be Amber of Pallet Town, who you’ve been seen with on multiple occasions.”

Yuruki laughs, “Isn’t she just the best?” You can almost see the sparkle in her eyes, your heart swelling.

“So, do you support her position on dismantling the forfeit system?” a man asks from the crowd of reporters. And your stomach sinks.

“Why? You worried if the system is gone, you’ll never get laid again? The only way someone would want to sleep with you is if they have to?” Yuruki leans forward with a smirk on her face. “Next question.”

The crowd of reporters all clamber to be heard next. Yuruki points at someone off camera. “Hi, Heather Caster from Plateau News 5. How does the rest of the team feel about Amber’s mission?”

Your stomach sinks more. “The Sirens are an all women team among a league dominated by men,” Lorna says as a matter of fact. “And our ranking in the league proves that it’s not because men are just inherently better at the game.”

“So many of our contemporaries were **** to quit their pokemon journey due to the undue stress allotted by the current system,” Nat chimes in.

“Or impregnated by a random trainer who will never be held responsible for that child,” Shelby says.

“The Sirens stand with Amber,” Jaylyn leers into the camera. Tears start forming in your eyes. Despite spending the past few days with the Sirens, the topic hadn’t come up. You knew Yuruki agreed.

Yuruki grabs her microphone, “Next question.”

Yuruki barges into the room where you’ve been waiting with the rest of their friends and family. She’s on you in a flash, the rest of the Sirens behind her. You start to say something, but the words fall short and your mind goes blank as Yuruki kisses you.

When she pulls away, you manage to get a few words out, “Thank you.”

She hugs your head to her chest, “We’ve got you.” You feel hands on your back, the other Sirens offering their support as well. Yuruki kisses the top of your head. “Now how about we go back to the room, and fuck each other’s brains out.” And just like that the Siren’s hands all back off, and you chuckle into Yuruki’s chest.
