Fuu holds out as best she can

Fuu held out the longest by far. Backed against a wall, with her friend's counting on her, enemies all around her and nothing to lose-- Fuu was in her element. She was a whirling ball of ****, striking at every possible angle around her at every moment. Whenever a Gnoll tried to step close, it would catch either the blade or the hilt of her glaive. Fuu dealt viscous wounds to two Gnolls and bruised another five while showing no signs of slowing down. Eventually the Gnolls gave up on trying to close in on her and simply started to pace around her, circling, waiting for an opportunity that Fuu refused to give. Her focus and precision were powerful tools which had been trained into her nearly since birth, far outstripping anything the Gnoll's had to attack her with.

Even with her incredible skill and stamina, Fuu still had her failings. In this case, the deep care and love that she felt for her friends proved to be her downfall. She had the Gnolls in a waiting game, and knew she was more patient than them. Eventually they would slip up and step too close, and Fuu would get another hit off. She was ready to wait them out.

But then, Fuu heard Emmaline give a panicked squeak, and looked away from the other Gnolls to see her friend pinned on her back, a Gnoll on top of her. As Fuu watched, the Gnoll tore off Emmaline's top, freeing her bountiful breasts. The other Gnolls that were closing in on Emmaline grinned, their prize right in front of them. Fuu had to do something! She couldn't leave her friend like that! She lunged toward the fallen Emmaline, still using her polearm to keep the Gnolls at bay. As she moved, one of them nearly got to her, but Fuu managed to slam her knee into his stomach, sending the Gnoll to the ground.

Fuu danced through the Gnolls over toward Emmaline, drawing the ire of nearly all of the Gnolls, except for the three that were restraining her friends. The Gnolls seemed to realize what they she was doing and grouped up to bar her path-- Fuu couldn't break through. And now there were simply too many of them. She had held off five attackers fine, but ten was too many to keep track of. Every second it seemed like one of them wandered out of her sight, threatening to blind-side her.

Even against so many attackers, Fuu held out for quite a while, managing to wound two more Gnolls before they took her down, rushing her all at once in what was essentially a massive dog pile. There was nothing Fuu could do as they overwhelmed her, but give in and pray.
