Fresh water

Once morning rose, Mio began to help disassembling their makeshift camp. Both couples had their loving fun last night, so once she saw that her sister was pregnant. She was overjoyed for her. Embracing Lu into a warm hug closely to herself.

"I promise, I'll do everything in my power to make sure you and your children are safe. You have my word."

A sisterly love, even if Lu was pure human female. She only treasured her as a sister, Mio is happy with Taiyō, content is more the word for it.

Luon had everything packed up in Aki's old backpack, held together by any loose ends that could find. Vines, leather, anything really.

"I smell fresh water.. By then, I believe we are good to build home."

The foxen addressed. They have been on this road for some time now. As Lu is pregnant, they really need to amp up their search for a safe place to call home.

After a few hours in, tailing the sun as it neared the highest peak in the sky. Rushing waters can be heard and they rush over to a large rivering stream. Mio took her clothes off before jumping into the water. Lowering herself down for a solid minute, submerged down five feet under. She breathes in the water, making sure its both fresh and safe for them.

"It's good!"

Mio called out, standing in the center of the river with toes curling onto rocks. The water was rushing down past her shoulders with few areas deeper than where she stood. It's been a long while since they found water that didn't have parasites, harmful bacteria or salt. A lot of land, not enough fresh water marks where they traveled through.
