Free Use Religion

In most real religions, conservatism in terms of clothes and sexuality is common. Sex is seen as a taboo subject that is often only linked to procreation. In an alternate world, a new religion became dominate across multiple civilizations. This religion, known as Sexualism, changed the way society saw sex. It called for the celebration of sexuality and nudity. People, tired of the prudishness of other religions, adopted Sexualism in droves, likening it to the Hedonism of the past.

Still, other religions influenced Sexualism. People still went to religious services on the weekend, but they were very different from the church services of our world. Sexualism services often involved orgies of naked adults. These acts were used to show respect for the act of sex, which was seen as the origin of all humanity. During these orgies, everyone was seen as free use. People would fuck people of all ages and relationship statuses. Unfortunately, Sexualism still frowned upon homosexual relations, which meant that almost all the sex during these orgies was heterosexual.

Birth control was also a controversial issue among Sexualists. Many Sexualists understood that birth control was necessary to have the continuous orgies while others believed that procreation should still be the main point of sex and birth control should be banned. These were the extremes of the debate, but most people fell somewhere in between.

STDs were also an issue for Sexualists. Most decided that it would be best to require STD testing to participate in the orgies, which prevented most transmissions of disease.

The governments of the world had to learn to accept Sexualism as a part of reality. The religion was too popular with people for governments to ban it, but they did pass laws to prevent the members from holding services in public. Sexualists did not really mind this, though, because the purpose of their acts was not to be seen by people. They were not exhibitionists, just people who were celebrating the source of all humanity.

Throughout the years, Sexualism became a bigger and bigger religion. Many young adults began to join since they were the most horny of the generations. The religion did have some contentious relations with other religions, however, who saw it as a mockery of what a religion should be or a way for people to indulge in their fantasies and urges.

The Sexualists did not mind these accusations. They continued to do what they believed to be the right thing to do, which was to continue to have orgies. With time, Sexualism became more respected within society and sex as a whole became less of a mysterious subject for the masses.

A/N: I was thinking about how religion was usually pretty adverse to talking about sex, and I wondered what it would be like if a religion centered around sex. This is the result of those thoughts. Admittedly, the idea is not fully fleshed out, but I figured I would put it out there for people to think about.
