Fork in the road

You decide Alexis had some pretty solid advice and turn to head further away from the city. The drive is silent until Chloe asks a question. "Do you guys even know what's out here? I've never been out this way."

"I have a map downloaded on my phone of the local area, but pretty soon that won't be much help." Cammie says with a yawn, apparently still waking up a bit.

You continue down until you come across some houses. These people own all the farmland out here, or they did at least. As you drive by you note that there are broken windows and open doors. There's probably at least one bimbo around here...

After a while longer of driving you're starting to realize how hot it is. Even though it's the middle of summer, yesterday wasn't exactly warm. Guess you finally got that heat wave that was due.

You finally reach a fork in the road so you stop. There was a sign here but it's broken... If you remember right, one of these leads to the freeway while the other leads to a tiny town nearby.
