Forced into Chastity

You suddenly wake up tied to a bed. You can't move at all and you have no idea where you are. You are in a blank room, the walls are just a plain white colour with nothing on them. The bed looks like something out of an insane asylum, you are tied spread eagled to each of the bed posts.
