Chapter 46 by Thatguy88

Marcus sat in the clinic again a few days later, things with Anastasia were great, the problem was separating long enough to do anything else, homework, the other girls were all falling by the wayside and the Incubus wasn't happy about it, it wasn't necessarily hurting him but he could feel it, gnawing, scratching at his control.

"Mr. Vallen," said an older blonde walking into the exam room, "thanks for coming back again so soon, there were some...anomalies in your results that I wanted to discuss with you."

She walked into the room and the lights shut, a moment later there was a light shining down, a pentagram, some design around Marcus.

"Fuck," said Daemon.

What is it?

"Devil's trap," said Daemon, "you can't leave the circle."

"I know what you are Mr. Vallen," said the woman glaring at him from the shadows, I used Ariana to gather information, lull you into a false sense of security."

"Well I'm here," he said trying to be nonchalant, "what do you want with me?"

"I tried to make a deal once," she said, "probably not the same terms you received, but the demon wasn't interested, it, "had no use for a dried up old hag." I was twenty-eight, I had gotten a bad infection, ruined my uterus, I just wanted a baby."

Marcus stared, could he help her?

"You got your deal though, didn't you Mr. Vallen?"

"I didn't make a deal," he said, "my dad did."

"You expect me to believe you're what, an innocent victim?" said the doctor, "you've gotten how many people pregnant, transformed how many more? You may not have made the deal but you're playing your part."

"So," he said, "you want revenge, or something else?"

"Jessica Phillips," said the doctor, "she was a month or two from menopause when she met you, now she's pregnant, you reversed and impossible to reverse natural occurrence."

"Do I get a Nobel?"

"Would it work on me?" asked the doctor.

Marcus waited for Daemon's response.

"I dunno man, probably?" said the demon.

"Don't know for sure," said Marcus, "I'm certainly willing to try."

"So what," said the doctor holding up his sample, "I drink this?"

"It's gotta come from the source," said Marcus, "and you don't necessarily have to drink it."

"Mr. Vallen," said the doctor, "I need you to understand, I just want a child, I studied this for years and kept coming to the same conclusion, that there is no helping me."

"No way with science," said Marcus, "but you've seen what I can do, and I would be honored to try to help you."

"Honored?" asked the doctor, "I'm probably old enough to be your mother, older probably, young man like yourself probably doesn't watch the mature section of porn sites."

"I don't watch porn anymore," he said, "and you met Ms. Phillips, you know I don't have a problem with older women, especially when they're so beautiful."

The doctor blushed but stayed where she was, "if I come into the circle, you won't hurt me?"

"Not unless you ask nicely," he said with a smirk.

She shrugged off her lab coat and stepped into the light. She was tall, shoulder length blonde hair, blue eyes, a tight figure with large breasts and a sizeable ass.

"So how does this work?" asked the doctor.

"This time, he said, "whatever you want, you either need to injest it, or get it inside of you, then we wait for the transformation to happen, if it happens well, you're a doctor, you know where babies come from."

"Ok," she said getting to her knees in front of him.

She undid his pants and he pulled them and his boxers down freeing his hard cock.

"My word," she said holding him in her hands, analyzing his cock, "I take it this was part of the deal?"

"Yeah," he said unbuttoning her shirt.

"I need to be topless?"

"I mean it's messy," he said, "there's a lot, plus I really want to see your tits."

"Ok," she said blushing again as she took off her shirt and undid her bra.

She had very large tits and they were definitely sagging a bit due to age but Marcus wasn't complaining, he groped her tits as she gasped, her hands slowly stroking him.

"I might be a little out of practice," she said nervously.

"It's fine," he said brushing some hair from her face.

She took him into her mouth slowly and worked her tongue around his tip as he groaned.

"Fuck doc," he said putting a hand on her head.

She seemed to like that losing herself more in the task at hand. Her hands worked expertly, her tongue barely stopped moving, she kept her lips tight as she worked him completely ignoring any saliva that fell from her lips.

"There you go doc," groaned Marcus, "fuck."

He held the back of her head with one hand groping one of her large soft tits with the other as he let her work. She might have been out of practice but she was without a doubt one of the best cocksuckers he knew and she was about to earn her reward.

"Fuck doc," he muttered, "gonna fucking cum."

Apparently she'd been holding back because she turned on the jets and soon he was unloading rope after rope into her eager mouth. She kept sucking even after he'd finished until he finally had to pull her off.

"Fuck doc," he groaned, "love the enthusiasm but damn."

She swallowed with a loud gulp and looked up at him, "so now what?"

"Now we wait," said Marcus, "as far as I've been told the transformation takes "a few hours" given your condition I figure it might take more time."

"Well how will we know?" she asked hurriedly dressing.

"You're the one with medical equipment," he said, "if you're still not sure we can try this again."

"Right," she said, "right, I guess even magic takes time."

She walked to the door, "uh doc," he said motioning to the trap.

"Right," she said, "sorry."

She flipped on the lights and he walked to the door, "I hope this works doc," he said, "I really do, it'd be nice to feel like I'm doing some good, like it was with Jess."

She gave him a smile and he walked out of the clinic.

"We got lucky," said Daemon, "the doctor could have made life difficult."

Probably still can, thought Marcus, hopefully this works. That would be something though, helping women who really wanted what he could offer, women like the doctor who wouldn't need to rely on him. He didn't want to be an absentee father but if he had to he'd rather it be with people who were ok with it, not someone like Yasmin who would rely on him.

He walked to the library, shirking his homework was becoming a habit he knew he needed to break. As he entered the library he found Josie sitting, spaced out amidst a pile of books.

"Hey Jos," he said sitting down opposite her.

"Marcus!" she said lighting up as she saw him, "what'd I do?"

"Nothing," said Marcus, "I miss you Jos, I just wanted to see how you're doing."

She shrugged, "Daemon has been radio silence, I tried to apologize to Yasmin but she wasn't very receptive, not that I blame her."

He reached out and took her hand, "I know this sucks, I really appreciate you trying. I may have been a little harsh with you, dealing with a demon, it's not something they teach."

She held his hand relishing this small contact, "I am sorry," she said, "how's..." she couldn't bring herself to finish the question, to ask about the blonde, to see that smile as he talked about her.

"You don't have to do that Josie," he said reaching out to rub her cheek, she was really pretty, and he wasn't sure how long he could stand to see her like this, so deflated, "I care about you, I really do."

There was raucous laughter from the doorway met with immediate shushing. He turned to see Celia and Katie walk in together, they spotted him and Josie almost immediately. Josie immediately yanked her hand from Marcus' and looked away.

"Well well," said Celia walking over with Katie, "what do we have here."

"Celia," started Marcus.

"Ah!" snapped Celia holding up a hand to Marcus.

"Katie," said Josie meeting the girl's eyes, "I am so sorry, I don't know what got into me that night-"

Katie slapped her, hard, not as hard as she could have.

"Now we're even," said Katie.

"Good?" Celia asked Katie, Katie nodded, "good?" Celia asked Josie, Josie held her cheek but nodded, "bygones, but if you ever lay a hand on my girlfriend again."

"Never," said Josie.

"Ok," said Celia returning to her normal cheery disposition, "bar this weekend?"

Josie and Marcus nodded and the two girls headed off. Marcus took a cold bottle of iced coffee from his bag and pressed it to Josie's cheek.

"Thanks," she said holding it, "honestly that went better than with Yasmin."

"Josie," he said taking her free hand, "you and I are good, I know I lost my temper but, the next time you're feeling any of this or Daemon is working you over, please just talk to me."

"I will," she said offering a weak smile, "you wanna see what I found out about the cheerleaders?"

"You're incredible," said Marcus, "sure, what have you got?"

Professor Klein adjusted the telescopes and made sure everything was ready, her lab assistant wasn't late but she didn't exactly trust the football player English major to show up let alone be of any use, then again that boy had consistently surprised her.

"Hey Professor," said Marcus arriving a moment later full of energy.

"Punctual," said Professor Klein not looking up from her machine.

"Of course," he said, "if we're gonna record data we've got to make sure everything is just right."

She looked at him and nodded, why was a boy this driven studying English, why was a boy who was doing as well in her class as he was risking his brain on football?

"Well," he said a moment later, "kinda feels like you don't need me, you're already set up."

"Sorry," she said, "my past lab assistants haven't been quite so reliable."

"Happy to break the trend," he said taking his seat, "so what do you need from me?"

"Just take notes from these machines," she said, "if I say print data here though I don't really expect to find anything."

"Not with that attitude," he said getting himself set up.

"You're painfully optimistic," said his professor, "guess that's to be expected from an English major."

He shrugged and started to record data. It was boring, tedious, they took turns keeping each other awake and after an hour they were done. She shut everything down as he logged everything into the system.

"Thank you Mr. Vallen, perhaps you'll make a good lab assistant, major and hobbies notwithstanding."

"I'm also a writer," said Marcus gathering his things.

She rolled her eyes, "of course you are."

"I've been published," he said defensively.

"Really?" she said caught off guard, "truly?"

He reached into his bag and handed her a book, fantasy, she probably could have guessed but yes he was published, by a real publishing house. It wasn't her kind of book, her kind was the kind you read alone with a bottle of wine and a model phallus.

"That's rather impressive," she said turning it over to his picture inside the back cover, "you're quite a complex man Mr. Vallen."

"We're all complex," he said, "that's what makes life interesting."

She handed him the book back but he refused, "keep it, I've got other copies."

She looked at the book, maybe a frivolous distraction wasn't such a bad thing.

"I'm sorry I missed you at parent's weekend," she said for some reason prolonging the conversation, "different major an all."

"I would have liked to introduce you," he said, "they don't believe I'm actually enjoying a science class, let alone doing ok in it."

"Was that your mother?" she asked, "the day of the brunch I saw you talking to a woman, not a professor, you seemed close."

What she was really asking was did he like older women, even though she definitely shouldn't be asking that let alone thinking it. He was young, practically a child, she was old, maybe not that old, and he'd definitely checked her out that day.

"That was my publishing rep," said Marcus now again annoyed that Jess was being mistaken for his mother, "she has a daughter that goes here."

"Oh," said Professor Klein, "well she certainly seems fond of you."

"Guess I'm just fun to be around," he said leaving out the whole incubus and seducing and then impregnating her part of the story.

"Quite," said Professor Klein.

She led him out of the observatory and down the stairs, why did she feel this way about this young man, he was so young, so naive, so optimistic. Maybe that was it though, he was different than her ex husband, different from every man she'd worked with who was focused and career driven, ready to cast you aside at a moment's notice. Focusing more on Marcus than the stairs she missed a step and fell forward, her ankle rolling as she tried to steady herself. She was halfway up this set of stairs, a fall like this...but she didn't fall, he'd caught her in his strong arms and with little effort he carried her to the landing and set her down.

"Are you ok professor?" he asked, "you rolled your ankle, does it hurt?"

She touched it and it was in fact sore and already swelling, she nodded to him, "it does hurt, I think I sprained it."

"Well you can't do the stairs on a sprained ankle," he said, "I can call someone."

"At this hour?" she said wincing from the pain, "I know the night public safety officers, I'll take my chance walking."

"Professor please," he said, "we don't know it's not broken or fractured you really shouldn't risk putting weight on it."

"Are you going to carry me?" she huffed.

He shrugged, "ok."

"Mr. Vallen!" she squealed but he scooped her up like she weighed nothing and carried her down the last set of stairs.

Outside he found a bench and sat her down, it was still dark, the sun was only just beginning to rise.

"You can call someone now," she said, then grabbed his arm, "an actual ambulance."

He nodded and dialed. A moment later he sat next to her as they waited for the ambulance.

"How are you doing?" he asked, "you don't look clammy," he checked her pulse and held a hand up to silence her as she started to try to speak, "heart rate is a little fast, I don't think you're in shock though."

"I think this is beyond the role of a lab assistant," she said with a chuckle.

"Maybe," he said feeling her forehead, "but if I'd found you hurt there and I'd never met you I like to think I'd still be here doing what I'm doing."

She just smiled at him, she didn't have words, he was like a character out of a book he'd probably written.

"Obviously class won't happen today," she said, "I'm deputizing you, just tell them to read the next chapter and do the five exercises that follow."

"You've got it sheriff " he said giving a mock salute.

The ambulance pulled up a short while later and he went to flag down the EMTs. They checked her out and he'd been right, it wasn't broken but best to stay off it, she wasn't in shock but they did need to do X-rays and just make sure she was ok, he'd probably saved her from a serious injury.

"Mr. Vallen, Marcus" she said as they loaded her into the ambulance, "thank you."

"Any time professor," he said with that stupid infectious smile.
