Flooded out of the second floor

My huge shapeless water form caught The Dragon before he could jump out the window and escape. It was a big mistake on my part to trap him in my watery form because it turns out, stopping yourself from flowing is hard. We crashed into the wall and the window glass, which was starting to crack.

I tried moving back in my watery form, but after collecting huge volume of water from the sprinklers, I was holding weight much heavier than I'm used to. The Dragon was struggling inside me, which is not a sentence I thought I would narrate, I tried pulling back as I'm still collecting water, but then the window glass burst!

The Dragon and I dropped off from the second floor, scaring off spectators who were somehow watching for the battle this whole time, luckily we hit no one when we fell and hit the concrete ground, and I did not feel pain whatsoever, I think I only feel pain when I'm burned in watery form. When we dropped to the ground, I was able to cushion The Dragon's fall with my watery ball form. But after that, I just released the excess amount of water from myself, letting it all spill around me, until my water form shrank to normal size.

Once I was at my regular size, my transparent watery form turned opaque until I was fully human. I was pinning The Dragon on the ground, luckily still wearing my mask. Also luckily, he fainted, so I got up. There were spectators filming this moment of victory. "Can anyone call 911? This guy needs to be arrested... Hello?"

I looked around and they all had their phone turned towards me, then I suddenly felt a soft breeze on my skin. I looked down to realize; I was naked! How does this keep happening? My suit was fireproof to prevent exactly this! But it did not account for me turning into literal water.

Turns out there were no need to call 911, because police and firefighters were nearby, I think they were here before I stopped the fires.
