DECLARES:

1- That he freely and voluntarily wishes to donate his sperm.

2- That in good conscience he will donate his sperm to St. Mungos.

3- That he knows and accepts that his sperm will be used to find a cure or treatment for infertility problems in the Magical World, but also may use his sperm for assisted reproduction techniques if the first fails.

4- That these sperm donations are made voluntarily and free of charge, this document having the character of a contract between the donor and St. Mungos.

5- In case the third condition fails, the donations together with the donor's data will be of public use for the couples that request the spermatozoa for assisted reproduction techniques.

6- In case the third condition fails, there will be no birth limits when using the donor's sperm in assisted reproduction techniques.

7- That he agrees to donate his sperm during the whole week (from May 3rd to May 10th), respecting the sexual abstinence that is indicated or that the donor feels he wishes to do so.

8- In case something happens with the parents of the children born from the donor, they will be taken to the donor.

Our dear protagonist did as the healer indicated and signed the document without reading anything because he was in a hurry to finish this as soon as possible.

"Okay..." DarkRock accepted, still with his gaze on the object, and then he went to the bathroom of his room.

Although the Saiyan never noticed the wide and strange smile of the senator, who already had in his possession a sample of his sperm; a very abundant one that would bring him many blessings in the future.
