"You don't want to come on too strong," Lois Lane hedged. "She'll think you're being mind-controlled. Why don't we leave the panties on for now...really just tease her?"

Before she even put them on, Lois helped her wash her panties, and the superheroine quickly trimmed her pubic hair—an exercise that involved a gymnastic feat of folding herself nearly in half, and the blue eyes burning red for a brief fraction of a second as a low-level burst of heat vision reduced the fine golden down on her pubis to ash.

"Normally I use this curved piece of Kryptonian metal," Kara explained, apologetically.

Lois smiled at this confession, and hoped the burning hair wouldn't set off the smoke detector. Then Kara squeezed into the panties...Lois grouped the lights in the room to best advantage...

"Say Kryptonite!" Lois joked.

The reporter handed the smartphone back to Kara, who quickly hit "send."

The Maid of Might, nude except for her panties, floated around the room distractedly as she waited for Batgirl's reply.

"She's on patrol," Kara said, as much to herself as to Lois. It could be an hour before she can see my panties. Are you sure this is going to work?"

Kara spun around in midair. She looked at Lois earnestly.

"What if...what if we go on a date! What do I do? How do I kiss her? How do I..."

Lois smiled. Supergirl might have been of legal age to have sex, but she was still woefully unpracticed.

"Would you like to practice while you wait for Batgirl to respond?" the older woman asked.
