Five years of sex slavery! Helga doesn't look happy...

“…five years of no disputes, no limits sex slavery!” Xana licks her lips with pleasure as she says those words, drawing a deep breath from everyone in the room, including you.

“That seems a bit excessive” you remark, the terrified look on Helga’s face letting you know that she’s not OK with this. “We can do something else, ma-”

“Rules are rules!” Xana booms, “get over here, girl.”

“Xana” Jeanette says, “I will not let a member of my convent be taken. Stand down.”

Xana’s triumphant glare turns into a furious scowl. “You dare to disobey the laws of the guest!” she shouts, “you should be enslaved for blasphemy, you bitch!”

Helga’s regained her composure by now, the young nun cowering behind the orc. As Jeanette and Xana yell at each other, you notice her hand slowly begin to drop beneath her armour.

You see a brief flash of iron, before her clothes once again conceal her, but it's enough to make your eyes go wide. She’s armed. You lean into your seat, preparing to jump out of the way if she strikes.

“ENOUGH!” Comes a shout from Fiorella, the aristocratic woman standing up in her booth as she casts an imperious glare down on the room. “Sister Helga violated the law, and must be punished accordingly, isn’t that right, Nina?”

The catgirl jolts at her name, having been engrossed in the carnage. “Umm, what?” She shivers visibly as she sees Fiorella’s icy gaze. “Uhh, um, yes?”

“Excellent, so with a two-to-one vot-”

She doesn’t finish the sentence. With stunning speed, Helga somehow pulls a full halberd out of her cloak, lunging directly at you. Thankfully you noticed her in time, but even then you barely dodge her vicious blow, almost falling back out of the chair.

“DIE!” she screams, and she would have likely made good on that promise if you hadn’t managed to grab your sword from underneath your coat, just barely bringing it up enough to deflect Helga’s thrust.

The young nun staggers as you redirect her forceful charge, briefly leaving her open. You close the gap, skilfully weaving the sword in to slam the blade down on her right pauldron. The chain coat she’s wearing absorbs the blow, but Helga lets out a half-hiss, half-scream as the chain links dig into her skin.

“Hey! Stop fighting!” you hear Nina’s voice over the din of battle, sounding utterly flabbergasted at weapons being drawn right in front of her face. The sheer absurdity of her request makes both you and Helga pause for the briefest fraction of a second, enough for you to realise what’s been going on to your side.

Jeanette has Dew in a chokehold, a dagger at the elven girl’s neck!

For a brief few seconds nobody moves, talks or even breathes. Every pair of eyes in the room is on that dagger, as the two sides slowly begin to square up…

…And then the courtroom doors swing open, a dishevelled, grinning and very drunk-looking Akvi walking straight in. “Hey girls” says the dwarven woman, yawning in what looks like a see-through negligee based on her visible tits, “what’d I miss, fancy tea par-what the fuck is going on!!?”

Author's Note: Hey Guys, sorry about the slow updates and shorter chapters recently, I've been real busy so I've just been trying to keep a sort-of-weekly schedule going. The story's well into the third act by now, so there'll be a conclusion to how things are going before too long. Hope you enjoyed this story so far, and the rest still to come!
