Before the fight even started proper, Goma did as asked and puppeted the sahuagin, making him suddenly stiffen and then run past the women towards the path of the wanderer. He soon disappeared from sight and presumably into the Kraken's grip. It was unlikely he'd be seen again. Cherchiel quickly put on the boar mask, as Isalia sounded the horn. Yulia fired off energize and an identify on the big Sahuagin.

Identify returned the following.

"Rekl, Sahuagin Brute, age 33. Brute's are the Sahuagin's answer to the magic of the mermaids. They are resistant to offensive magic and immune to most support magic. They're thick hide is also resistant to cutting weaponry and they are extremely physically strong making them a very dangerous foe in hand to hand combat. A single Sahuagin brute can obliterate a much larger squad of mermaid casters with ease,"

At the same time the fight starts. The two remaining smaller Sahuagin throw their javelins, one aimed at Goma the other Yulia. Isalia and Boarchiel easily block the Javelins, but Boarchiel is then tackled by the Brute. Slamming against her shield and managing to **** her to stagger. Yulia casts Blizzard which seems to greatly effect the two other Sahuagin as they resummon their javelins. Yulia immediately takes out the woman with a lightning strike as Isalia and Goma rush the other one.

Isalia easily deflects another thrown Javelin and they both reach the sahuagin before Isalia easily cuts him down mid-resummoning his Javelin.

Boarchiel is surprisingly struggling a bit against the brute. Her spear stabs into his shoulder, but he ignores the injury and grabs her shield, knocking it aside before grabbing her by the face and slamming her against the ground. A lightning strike from Yulia hits, but barely phasing him. Only seeming to have as much effect as if she had thrown a pebble at him. He lifts Boarchiel again and slams her back against the ground starting to repeat this action.

Isalia and Goma run over to help, Isalia's sword slashes at his back, but can't cut through his thick scales, the same being true for Goma's dagger. Isalia backs up and tries to slam her shield into him and this doesn't seem to hurt him, but does make him stagger and he releases Boarchiel as he turns on Isalia, grabbing her before she can react and pulling her into a tight bear hug. She screams as he begins to squeeze her tight against him, crushing her body. Goma tries to help, but she still can't harm him. Boarchiel however, has gotten back up and she shoves her spear through the back of his skull, finally ending him. He collapses and Boarchiel quickly rushes to **** his arms open and release Isalia. Yulia runs over casting a quick heal on both Isalia and Boarchiel.

Both seem fine after the heal.

"That... Was not fun..." Isalia mutters.

"We won, but I don't want to run into more of these things," Cherchiel agrees.

"Mental note... Do not underestimate the Sahuagin," Yulia adds as she looks over the brute's corpse.
