First things first

You try speaking to Connie mentally, projecting, "Connie, meet me after your last class in the library. We'll finish your transformation there. They have couches in there, too."

She looks back at you and winks, and you pick up her mental nod. You decide to make this method of communication permanent between you and Connie; you both can speak to each other telepathically.

If you have unlimited power, you decide to try a few things out. First you stop time. Everything around you freezes any movement. Students are caught midstep, a paper airplane tossed just as class let out hangs motionless in midair, and everyone's face is frozen in the last expression they wore. Since Connie has agreed to be your lab rat, you decide to try something out on her. First, you make her very horny, and she now projects her sexy thoughts to those around her. But noone will touch her; you want to preserve her virtue for yourself. Next, you devise it so that when you concentrate on Connie, you can perceive everything going on around her. You want to see what disruptions she causes.

Then you look at Misty with her newly-flat chest. You make her just as horny as Connie, but instead of projecting it, those near her are repulsed by her. You release her sexual inhibitions so that she'll flirt and make sexual advances toward anyone, but everyone will ignore her or actively push her away. You also make a mental connection with her, similar to the one you have with Connie, except that Misty can't talk to you that way. You wonder how long it will take Misty to try to seduce you. Then you'll have a surprise for her. You delay the effects of your changes for a minute to let them both leave the room and restart time.

The sudden volume of noise is jolting, and you are stunned for a couple seconds. Then you grab your books and leave with everyone else.
