First official Monsterball match

A week after the whipping, it was time for Monstergirl Academy's first official Monsterball match of the year. Cora, Leona and their team made their way to the circuit. Their opponents would be House Vampire.

Cora had this time remembered to remove her shoes before the race. She looked up to see Cerebia, Sambita, Blue and Alicia among the crowd in the stands.

"Remember, Cora, nothing matters but the golden ball. As long as one of us has that, we can't lose but if our opponent gets ahold of it, we can't win." said Leona.

Suddenly, both teams found themselves transported to what appeared to be a space station. The stands had also been transported. Cora saw a massive rainbow.

"A rainbow in space?" she asked.

"Are we in space?!" asked Blue, excitedly.

"Actually, we're in a pocket dimension simulated to look like space. If we were in space, we'd be floating and unable to breath." said Alicia.

Blue apparently couldn't hear Alicia for some reason.

"OH MY GOD! WE'RE IN SPACE!!!" Blue screamed.

"Lets just go with that." said Sambita.

Rina fired her gun into the air and the race began. Cora was quickly able to grab the golden ball. A boar girl from House Vampire slammed into Cora causing her to briefly drop the ball. The ball bounced a few times off the floor before Cora grabbed it again. Suddenly a mashy plate dropped down from the ceiling, nearly flattening Cora.

"Jesus Christ!" said Cora.

If Cora hadn't stopped moving, she'd have been flattened like a pancake. Another member of her team hadn't been so lucky.

"Is that safe?" asked Sambita.

"The dimension is designed with different physics in mind. Dying just means getting booted back to Earth." said Alicia.

Cora managed to complete the first lap, scoring 150 points for House Frankenstein.

"Unleash the attack dogs!" said Rina.

Doors on the space opened, releasing several dog girls.

"THIS SHIT AGAIN!" shouted Cerebia.

"Please don't do anything that will cause you to be flogged." said Sambita.

Cora quickly dodged her way past the dog girls.

"Something's wrong. They're only attacking Cora." said Blue.

"Could House Vampire be cheating?" asked Sambita.

"No, I don't think its House Vampire. Only Cora is being attacked. No one else on Cora's team is being attacked. They're specifically going after Cora." said Alicia.

Cora ended up dropping the ball. Orthrus ran by and grabbed the ball.

"Sucker!" she said.

Orthrus got past the finish line, scoring 150 points for her team. Since House Vampire had gotten more regular balls across the finish line, this meant they were in the lead. Cora followed Orthrus over the finish line. She almost caught up with Orthrus before being tackled to the ground by a dog girl. Cora kicked the girl off of her and followed behind Orthrus. Unfortunately, two more dog girls blocked her path.

Fortunately, a harpy girl on House Frankenstein's team came flying and grabbed Cora with her bird feet.

She was also topless.

"Are the wings legal?" asked Sambita.

"Oh yeah, its a nature part of a harpy's body so its okay." replied Alicia.

"Its all up to you." said the harpy girl, launching Cora at Orthrus.

Cora clawed the side of Orthrus' face as she flew past, grabbing the golden ball. She then ran across the finish line.

"House Frankenstein wins!" shouted the announcer.
