First impressions

The first important thing to consider on such a trip is what to bring. Of course, I decided that since this was an adult's only resort, I was going to attempt to go through the fourteen days wearing only a bikini bottom and shoes. It should come as no surprise that I love being topless, and find bikini tops a waste of time. Hence, none of them made it into my bag. The only decent piece of clothing I took with me was a sarong that was immediately shoved below the bikini bottoms as soon as I touched down.

Besides the skimpy swimwear, I also packed my go to skincare kit (check this article here for deets!), as it is the middle of June and this resort is almost smack bang on the equator. It takes a few small plane rides to reach here, and I must warn you, it is not cheap. It will set you back a pretty penny. But from the ad, I was hoping it was worth it.

There are several options available to guests depending on your budget. The main difference is the room. Standard economy gives you a modest sized hut with a sleep sack in place of a bed (kinky), the premium will upgrade you to beach front with a jacuzzi and a vac-bed in place of a bed, and the VIP (By far the most expensive) lets you rent one of the several villas dotted around the island. I was given a VIP treatment for this prize, but seeing as I will therefore have a sleepsack and a vac bed both available to me, I will let you know if its worth the upgrade.

Regardless, the second thing I did upon reaching the resort, after stripping down to my knickers of course, was to apply my first restraint. So the main gimmick of The Bondage Resort is that you have to be restrained in some form at all times. There's a complementary box at the pier where you can pick between very standard leg cuffs of hand cuffs. There was no rule against both, so that's what I did. They were the type with chains, so walking and keeping holding of my bag was relatively easy.

The check-in process is surprisingly quick, as all your details are already in the system. You're given a rundown of the rules, which I won't bore you with until one of them becomes relevant. For now, stay focused on the 'always restrained' rule. That means that if you want to switch restraints, you need to add another one while you do the switch over.

The most important choice when coming to the resort is one that seems inconsequential at first, and that's your favorite restraint. I truthfully wrote 'Hoods' on my registration form not knowing exactly how it would affect my stay. I was explained that if I was ever in such a predicament where I could not communicate to staff which restraint I would like removed, they prioritize keeping my favorite item on me. That is both a blessing and a curse. I would get to spend more time hooded, but would find it a lot harder to remove any hoods. And for those of you asking why I wouldn't just be able to remove it myself, you should know that all restraints on the resort come with locks that can only be removed by staff.

Regardless, I was taken to my impressive villa, which was two stories and open plan, with a lack of windows and a courtyard in the middle with a swimming pool, a sauna, and various bondage machines. I also have several staff members (or 'keybearers') ready to assist me. For those wanting a premium experience it may be worth it if there is a group, but the amenities are all available in other places in the resort anyway.

Part of my taking this job was that I participate in an interview with the CEO of The Bondage Resort, Penelope Bishop. I didn't even have to beg like I usually do. Once I complete the interview, she apparently is going to set me a challenge for my stay here.
