First Impressions

She awoke with a dragged out yawn, stretching her limbs and combing her fingers through her blue hair. Pausing for a moment, she held out her hands under the sunlight that seeped through the window and admired them. Human hands, how she missed them. Seline jumped up, blushing as she walked away. "Not today Xitlaly, I don't know how I feel about Reta yet and I need to go home to clean the place up."

Xitlaly scoffed. "Fine, when will they be here?"

"Tomorrow."

"Wow, they don't waste any time do they?"

"Afraid not, more of a reason for you to behave."

Seline smiled as she reached the door. "You know what I mean. I'll see you tomorrow then, be on your best! Bye!"

The door closed behind her, leaving the doll to sigh before heading upstairs to the bathroom. Looking at her reflection, she carefully removed the gauze she had left to conceal the bite mark Reta left on her neck. Reta slipped in, leaning against the doorframe and watching as she cleaned the area around the bite before inspecting the caved in midsection between the teeth marks. She sighed, opening a drawer and pulling out some material. Upon closer inspection, Reta noticed it was plastic, rubber, and flesh colored synthetic material.

"Is this... you?"

Xitlaly stayed silent, grabbing a scalpel before digging into the wound carving where the teeth marks were. With a pair of tweezers, she pinched the area where she cut to slowly remove the surface layer of her rubber coating. Then the second, and the third. Reta held her breath watching a white plastic layer remaining before Xitlaly got to work with scissors snipping away at rubber she had in the bathroom drawer. A similer shape to the hole she had cut, perfect to fill in. In doing so, she cut out a matching shape from the synthetic material and placed both on her shoulder. Then came in the sewing needle, getting to work stitching it back.

Holding her hands together, she closed her eyes and spoke out a latin chant before her hands began to emit a purple aura around them. Reta stepped back as she placed her hand on her neck, a searing noise coming off before removing it. The wound was clean, she pulled the stitches away carefully and it was done. Brand new, like nothing happened.
