Chapter 4

What's next?
Fiona, your extremely sexy neighbor.
Your reflection greets you with a not-as-familiar-as-usual look. Not just a redhead, orange hair like Garfield's, bright green eyes and perfect white porcelain skin. A litter lower, you see lips that you remember pouty, but right now they look thin, stretched, encircling a gaping, gawking mouth of perfect teeth.
"Poor girl..." is all you are able to say as you now incarnate the flesh and bones of your attractive neighbor, Fiona, whose sudden **** now is even sadder than your current situation.
"Yeah..." Pam says "she had a car crash, no injuries, but unfortunatelly, the exhaust broke and she suffocated as the smoke accumulated inside".
"So what now?" you ask.
"Well... this surgery is not exactly regulated to say the least. The hospital half threatened us half bribed us... You must now live as Fiona Smith".
You sigh. "Looks like I don't have a choice. Well, at least I won't live far from home". You cough, the suffocation effect still lingering in Fiona's body; as you cough, you feel her DD cups bounce on your chest, what an unfamiliar feeling, for you at least.
Several Weeks Later. Do you keep your (Fiona's Job)?
The Ultimate Transplant
Someone you know is given a new body & life
PLEASE ADD CHAPTERS! A close friend or family member is horribly injured in an accident. As they lay dying in the emergency room, another patient dies of a brain aneurysm. Both of them are organ donors, so a surgeon decides it's the perfect opportunity for him to try an experimental surgery. He transplants the victim's higher brain (the cerebellum) to the donor's body in an attempt to 'save' a life. Amazingly it works. But the surgery was not approved so the hospital convinces the families to keep quiet, arguing that revealing this operation to the public would bring never-ending media attention to all involved. That means that the patient will have to publicly assume the identity of the donor. What will this mean to your friends and family? Who else will you tell? Although you will spend a lot of time and effort giving support, how will all this alter your relationship to the patient? And how will he or she adapt to a complete change of body and identity? Many transformation stories focus on the change or victim, so I thought it would be interesting to instead have the POV be someone who sees the change from the outside. Writers feel free to explore a change in age, gender, class or ethnicity - and the repercussions that change would have on the main character (and others).
