Finished your own cup of jav

You drain the last of your own cup of jav and enjoy the buzz it gives you. You feel good as if you had drunk mead but instead of a relaxation and social lubricant you feel energetic and focused. As you finally reach the three story buildings you find that many of them have storefronts on the ground floor. All with open doors and goods on display but with no staff. They must be like that cafe, the actual purchases must be done magically with no need for someone as important as a caster to sit around all day waiting for customers. You walk into the first such shop you passed, a confectionary store with sweets you've never even imagined. Truthfully you've only ever seen a few modest honey based candies in your life, Edon not being a place for such luxuries, and never actually been able to taste one. There was a little copper tray with a single 'one' etched onto it under one of the displays for a pink hard candy on a stick. You, a little unsure what you were supposed to do took a copper piece from your coin purse and placed it on the tray. Nothing happened. Then you remembered how Banson had tapped the cup with a wand before it filled with jav. You pulled the stick you had found on your walk over out and gingerly tapped it on the tray.

The copper you put in immediately disappeared and the nearest pink lollipop on display slackened. You picked it up and took a taste. It was incredible, you didn't know anything could be that sweet. You weren't sure if this was supernaturally sweetened with magic or if all candy was this tasty.

You walked out of the shop and continued your exploration now absentmindedly sucking on your sweet treat.
