Finding the Rulebook(Elementor2526)

{Edit To anyone wondering this is set in the summer before he goes to UA}

Izuku was walking down a street by his house when he noticed something out of the corner of his eye, in the alley next to him was a notebook. Him being who he is he bent down and grabbed the notebook.

The notebook was leather bound with a lock and the words “Rule Book” on the spine. It looked pretty expensive so he wondered who left it here. He opened the book to check if there was a name or something to tell him who left it here. There were three things inside.

And a note

The note said “To the person who found this notebook this is the Rule Book a book that makes whatever written in it a reality. Do you wish for infinite riches it will be done or any quirk it will be done there are only two things to know 1. Use a pencil or it might be difficult to undo your rule and 2. There are old rules and new rules, that is all.”

Izuku was curious if what the note said about the book was true so he did what any rational person would do, trial and error! So he began to think of something that could prove the notes claims when he saw a man wearing orange pant so he thought what if orange pants don't exist so he wrote it down.

And to his surprise the man was suddenly wearing jeans so he began smiling and thinking what else can I do.

First off, he needed a precaution in case he misplaced the Rule Book so, he wrote down.

Izuku Midoriya is the only person allowed to write in this notebook

Any and all changes that don't specifically mention Izuku Midoriya does not affect Izuku Midoriya

This Rule Book must always be within 1 meter of the owner

Now with that out of the way lets have fun!

He went to a bench nearby sat down and took out notebook #13 and began writing down ideas of what he could do with such power in his hands. His first plan was to get something he has always wanted a quirk, so he thought of five quirks that will help with his plans in the future.

After this short conversation Izuku goes to his room and takes out the notebook and began to brainstorm ideas to make his home a paradise. After about an hour of brainstorming he came up with a few ideas.

After he wrote these down he turned away from the notebook and saw another bed, dresser, and desk in his room. For a split second he was surprised but then he realized that he shared a room with his twin Izumi. During the time he was taking it all in he saw what looked to be a female version of himself completely naked walk into the room saying "Izukuuu do you have a pencil I can borrow?" to which a shocked Izuku replied with "yeah here" while handing her a pencil She said "thanks" and left leaving a smiling Izuku thinking 'THIS IS AWESOME'.
