Find that Treasure! (It’s out there waiting for you!)

Bending over you grab your cloak, and retie it around your waist. Once your again covered up, you decide you should plan your next move. Will obviously you should redress your servants first. Looking over to their clothes, and armor you notice they are still caked in mud. Hmmm better take care of that no point in them getting clean if were just going to put back on dirty clothes. Mira’s, and Elric’s tops are mostly okay, yet their bottoms definitely need a washing. First you grab their boots, one at a time you up them in to the water, and wash away the mud from each boot. With you ability to manipulate water, you are also able to keep the water from soaking into the boots, leaving them relatively dry. Next you do the pants for both of. The mud coming off easily, and the clothes staying relatively dry though they might need a few minutes before they could be worn again.

Their tops were a bit more tricky. Specifically, Elric’s top since isn’t was all metal. You can’t really dunk it into the water for you may cause it to rust if you did that. So you decide to clean Mira’s leather armor, and cloak first. Then you use her cloak to clean off some of the mud on Elric’s amor, before then re washing the cloak. After you have take care of their article’s of clothing, and armor you think it’s time to plan what’s your next objective. Thinking on it, your mind then goes back to the original reason why you came here in the first place. Of course the treasure! While you probably won’t be going to the market anytime soon due to your new form, your sure your new minions could most certainly make some purchases on your behalf. As well you did promise them happiness, and safety under you, and nobody feels more happy or, secure then with a chest full of gold!

Now with your next objective determined, you decided to it’s time to rouse your servants.

“Come now awake you two.” You say as you shake the both of them from their slumber on the floor.

“Mmmmmm just five more minutes....” Mira says turning over.

“Master...?” Elric says says slowly opening his eyes.

“Come on now none of that Mira.” You say shaking her more intensely.

Eventually she wakes up to, doing a few catlike stretches as the last of her grogginess leaves her. She then stands to her feet joining Elric by his side in front of you. As the two look at each other they then realize they are both naked still. Both going red in the face they move their hands to cover their modest, standing awkwardly, and embarrassed before you.

“Hehe, here put your equipment on you two.” You say chuckling at their cute little attempts to cover themselves.

You then hand them both their equipment back which has been freshly cleaned.

“T-Thank you master.” Elric says taking his clothes, and armor back.

“Yes thanks master.” Mira says repeating Elric, and giving you a little bow of her head.

The two then quickly start to redress themselves, retrieving their weapons while they were at it as well.

“So tell me you two were looking for the treasure in the cesspool correct?”

“Yes we were till those skeletons caught us.” Elric says her eyes fixating on the patch of mud that the marrow marauder‘a almost made his grave.

“That’s right, we even got a map from one of kingdom’s guards who has an idea where the treasure was lost.” Mira says going though her pockets.

“Or well we had a map...” Mira holds in her hand what is now an ineligible water logged piece of paper.

If the map being in the mud with Mira’s pants didn’t completely destroy it, you washing her trousers in the river certain did. Whoops, your ears retract a bit in embarrassment. Guess you really should have emptied out their pockets before you washed their clothes.

“Do you at least remember a bit of what the map looked like?” You ask the two.

“Bits and pieces master, mainly I know we have to go east till we come across a large lake next to a cave.” Mira says, eye looking upward as she tries to remember the map as best she can.

Looking around you realize you have no idea which direction that would actually be in.

“And I, uhhh assume you have optimal exploration skills to navigate us there?” You say acting like you were testing the two‘a ability to navigate, to distract them from the fact that you were absolutely lost here.

“Is the compass still working?” Elric asks as her walks over to Mira’s.

Reaching into another pocket, Mira pulls out a brass case compass. She opens it, taps the glass, rattles it around, and then her eyes light up.

“Ah it still works!” Mira chirps excitedly showing the compass of to the two of you.

“Thank the gods for that, at least with the compass we can always tell in which direction we are going.” Elric sighs thankful for small blessings, but still wishing they had more to help them traverse through the swamp.

“Well then we should continue our searches for this lost treasure no?” You give the two a excited grin, as if to say let’s go adventure awaits!

“Searches, you mean you were looking for the treasure to?” Mira says, her sharp mind picking up on the wording you used.

“Huh, I mean yes I was, but what happened before our paths crossed isn’t important.” You stutter, regaining your composure as you side step the question.

“Hmmm are you keeping secrets from us master?” Mira says playfully as she rocks back, and forth in her heels.

For a second this concerns, yet reaching out with your mind, and you sense Mira’s loyalty is still unwavering. Checking Elric’s as well, it seems that even though your origins have been hinted at to be not as fantastical as they might first to appear to be it makes no difference to your minions. It looks like you could admit to actually being a demon, or some sort of dung monster and they would still follow you. Their fealty to you remains the same no matter what you tell them about your self. Still even though the knowledge of your past isn’t going to threaten your relationship with them, you would rather not tell them about it. You kinda like the whole mysterious benevolent master thing you had going on. It is a much more fun role to play then just some random peasant , who by dumb luck happened to get the powers of two powerful magical creatures.

“You really think you can find it master?” Elric asks, shaking you from your thoughts.

“With you two beside me I’m confident it will be in our possession soon.” You say putting on a smile, and a bit of epathis on the fact that was going to be a team effort.

Sure your the leader here, but your not going to do all of the heavy lifting. After all what’s the point of minions if they don’t do anything for you.

“Now we should get moving, I want to be able to acquire the treasure before nightfall.” You say looking at the rays of sun shine though the tree line.

“Okay east is.... that way.” Mira says as she points out the direction.

“Then let us be off.” You say taking the lead as you motion for Elric, and Mira to follow behind you.

The three of you then start to make your way though the swamp. It’s slow going though as you have to be careful to avoid deep mud, and filthy run offs of disgusting cesspool water. Of course you could have used your power to make it clear, yet then all of your gear would just be soaked if you tried to swim. So you three just end up trying to find path ways as you the follow the compass to keep making sure you were headed east. Eventually you find yourselves on a relatively straightforward, and uninterrupted trail which seems to beheading the right way. No more water, or deep mud seem to be around so the three of you travel along with relative ease for a while.

“Is that it?” Elric says as he points to a stone bridge that leads to some stone ruins.

“No the guard said it was by a cave not some ruins, and as well he said their was a large lake near by, so that can’t be the place.” Mira says shaking her head.

“Perhaps it’s worthy of investigation at a later time regardless.” You say looking at the stone structure as you come closer to the stone bridge.

“If we do I just hope we don’t run into any more undead, those creatures make my skin crawl.” Mira says as a Shiver runs up her spine.

Her gaze then flicks catching a glimpse of your attractive face under the hood. You can feel her heart beat start to increase as she looks at you. Your body isn’t quite properly clothed by the robe you wore. She can still see a lot of your chest, and your hips, and your legs. Mira starts to blush as she remembers how you touched, how you made her cum. Then theres a spark of mischief in the air, you feel it from Mira. A sly smile crosses her face as she starts walking closer to you to you trying to match your pace. Then she comes right up beside you, and, squeezes in under your armpit.

“Though I guess I don’t have to worry about the undead with you around master.” Mira says clinging on to you as she puts your arm around her.

Looking down at her, she gives you an admiring, and playful smile. You can’t help but smirk as you see her infatuation in her eye’s. It’s like she’s a dog. Not in the negative way, but as in the adorable loyal companion way. A sweet little puppy just happy, and eager to have her owner’s attention.

“M-Mira stop that.” Elric says as he watches in envy

“Why jelious?” Mira says

“N-no it’s we should just be focusing on navigating the swamp we don’t have time to fool around.” Elric says, clearly sounding jealous of the skinship she is currently sharing with you.

“Yourrrrr jelioussssss....” Mira teases in a sing song voice.

“I’m not I just don’t think you should be bothering master while we’re on a quest.” Elric huffs as he crosses his arms at Mira.

Your really pleasantly surprised by the shift in demeanor of the duo. Elric, and Mira act like they have been playing the roles of your adoring loyal minions for years. The two seem to have really become bounded to you once their swore their loyalties. You give a pleased smile as you pat Mira on the head, and ruffle her hair though her hood. You feel that your relationship with the two will grow only strong as time goes on.
Though there will be more time for that later, as Elric does make a fair point. You should be making sure you don’t get ambushed right now. Even though all seems quiet, you know better then anyone else the cesspools have all sorts of surprises. You also get the feeling that if something did happen you won’t be cheating fate a third time.

“Much as I appreciate your admiration Mira, Elric is right the cesspools is a dangerous place, we should be on our guard.” You say as you let go of Mira.

“Yes, master.” Mira sighs as she relents, focusing on keeping a look out for trouble.

Quickly you all realize it seems Elric was right about keeping your wits about you, as after on a few minutes of traveling an arrow comes flying at your face from the forest trees! You narrowly dodge the incoming projectile, and quickly you, Mira, and Elric a lot prepare yourselves for a fight.

“Where did that come from?” Elric says looking around to find the unseen archers.

“Their in the trees up above!” You cry out to Elric pointing left, to a patch of trees about 50 meters away from the path.

Elric looks direction where the arrow was fired. Just then another comes flying from the trees this time at Elric’s face. Lucky the warrior is quick, and with one of his axes he smacks the arrow away in mid air! Impressive you think to yourself, as you watch Elric then swat down another incoming arrow with his axe.

“Get behind me!” You order as you put your hands out in front of you.

Even though you haven’t ever used magic before today it seems to now come naturally to you. Even with out being taught how to use it, you seem to know how to use the lich, and newts powers for every situation. Perhaps when you absorbed the newt, and lich’s power you gained some of their knowledge of how their magic worked as well? You didn’t know, all you knew was that you knew how to defend yourself in a situation like this. Concentrating, a large bluish wall of flame appears in front of you. As another arrow speeds towards you, it incinerates immediately upon touching the flame wall.

“We push on!” You say boldly to Mira and Elric as you start moving toward the unseen archer.

The two stay close behind you as you start move forward. Arrows continue to turn into ash against your wall, as you get closer, and closer to where the source of them is. Then as your half way there you see something bigger yet slower careening at you. Quickly you drop the shield, and with your magic you catch the object. It’s a glass jar with an blue liquid inside. Ice water no doubt, an alchemical weapon used to to chill enemies solid. If this had hit the shield it would have broken it, as well done a good amount of damage to you, and your followers.

Another arrow launches towards you. You side step out of the way, then chuck the ice water where your sure the shot came from. The glass smashes against a tree freezing part of the tree in ice. You then can hear a scream as something falls to the ground behind the tree.

“Go!” You say as all three of you rush behind the tree to apprehend your unknown archer.
