Find Riiyah for a private lesson

Maia was ready to learn what MV is really all about.

She had seen demonstrations before, but they never fully made sense. Something always just felt a little off about them. In the next few hours, the secrets of the most advanced techniques in the world will be hers. Or at least the basics, or maybe just the fundamentals of the basics. Whatever she may end up learning here today, it will be the first step in her journey to understand what Ri really is.

Maia made her way to the southeast training area, which was a large gravel patch with boulders of various sizes jutting out.

Upon arrival, Maia found Riiyah meditating on one of the boulders, facing a similar sized boulder with a flat top. Maia copied her stance and sat upon the boulder.

Riiyah had left a few hours ago, but Maia remained behind.

She focused on the decomposition technique she had just learned, finding it quite easy to use her Ri to rip itself apart. Once small enough, the Ri can move through solid objects without hindrance.

The meditative "Nomad" state was a completely different story. She had instantly fallen into it the first time when Riiyah was with her, but it had broken quickly. Now, after countless hours, she couldn't even reliably get into the state at all.
