Family members: Any person related to you by blood or married into your family is fair game. As long as they'd be considered part of your family by most people they'll count.

Building your confidence: For whatever reason your family has decided that the best way to help you build up courage when it comes to sex and relationships is to allow you to fuck them. The only rule is that you have to be confident about it. If you ask them to do something or act nervous about what you want, they'll say no, but if you tell them to do it or act confident about it, they'll agree. The point is to teach you to take charge and feel bold when it comes to sex.

Accepting but weirded out: Your entire family is in agreement that this is a good thing, as is anyone who hears about it outside the family. Still the actual sex is going to be weird for them. They'll always be aware that you're their relative but they'll try their best to be active during the sex.
