Examine the carvings

You walk over to the carvings in the other wall and examine them closer. The carvings are enclosed in an etched circle. For the first time, you see some writing below the circle. Kneeling, you see hieroglyphs transform into English letters.

Summon the gods, if you dare. A correct choice will help you go free; a wrong one will set you back.

More ominous instructions. You look more closely at the carvings on the wall, trying to make out what they are. {if@ Button 1 = true}Unlike the last time you were in this room, the carvings are no longer abstract lines, but show different animals. You now recognise the carvings as an Ancient Egyptian star map, showing different animals that can be found in the Egyptian sky. Two of the carvings seem to glow with a golden light. These seem to be the ones you can choose from. On the left is a carving of a crocodile, while on the right is a carving of a jackal. {else}However, no matter how hard you try, you can't make out any details of what the carvings may represent.
