What do Evan and Glarka do now? What Happens to Them?
Evan Meets a New "Patron"
Evan and Glarka decided to take turns inspecting the statue, Glarka insisted on a first go since she was feeling a bit antsy, while the other spent time trying to recall some clue and solve the puzzle they found themselves in. While Glarka was inspecting the statue to the best of her ability, Evan was off to the side in contemplation. That was until he suddenly found his consciousness in water so deep it was starting to obscure the light, the deep green color of the water said he was likely somewhere in one of the 9 seas. Things were narrowed down a bit when Evan suddenly noticed he was surrounded by a reef with coral so massive most of it was the size of a small house, some of the larger pieces made the largest tower's he had heard of seem unimportant by appearance. A figure that seemed to be a mix of some a shark, living sea storm, and octopus that somehow made a figure that was more than vaguely human was before him. Evan had never even heard of a figure like this, which wasn't too surprising since he lived pretty far away from places a figure like this would be talked about.
The figure glided through the seascape towards him and stopped at exactly 9 feet from his position, he could see she had bountiful bosom that was alternating at seemingly random points between every breast size between the lowest E-Cup to what he assumed was the highest O-Cup. The figure then spoke in a feminine voice that sounded somewhere between a slight gurgle and storm with a cheery demeanor, for as much sense as that makes, "Greetings, Evan Secaxus Dilthas. I see you found a crystal that is a link to me, shall we make the accord?" Evan didn't know why but he found himself making an agreement that he wasn't really aware of before his consciousness returned to the room. Looking down at his hand, Evan found himself holding the crystal, the tentacle impression was more clear and the base of the crystal was now covered in coral that was eerily similar in pattern and coloration to the coral he saw in his vision-like experience. He never learned the strange figure's name, what really unnerved him is that she knew his full name. Something Evan didn't share, with anyone, was the fact that he was actually part of an offshoot of some noble family, at least according to his mother before she disappeared under mysterious circumstances, he never learned which noble lineage he was supposedly tied to, but a tradition in his mother's family was the granting of a middle name after they turned 10, a privilege usually reserved for nobility and high ranking government figures.
Looking over at Glarka, he could see she was heading his way, he supposed it was his turn to examine the statue now, anything to get his mind off of what just happened.
