Escaping

"Shit, as long as I'm this officer, they could easily track me down with the radio and cams on this body," Robert said, referencing the numerous equipment on his body. Aware of his newfound power, Robert knew he had to switch bodies for his getaway, presumably into someone with a means of getting away from the scene quickly...

His eyes immediately fell upon a smartly dressed brunette woman in a sleek convertible. Robert didn't know if she was preparing for a meeting or something, as she was applying lipstick while looking into the rearview mirror. Of course, he didn't really care, as he saw her simply as a tool for leaving this disaster behind.

Coming up to the car, Robert dropped the bag into the passenger seat, prompting the lady to glance at him. "Oh officer, is something the matter?" Robert did not reply, as he simply wanted to make eye contact with the woman. "I hope this works...," Robert thought, as his eyes started to glow before he suddenly lost vision.

Sure enough, Robert opened his eyes to the inside of the vehicle. He found himself no longer standing outside in the blazing sun. Instead, he felt his plump rear firmly planted in the car seat. His right hand was holding the lipstick, now positioned on the cheek. Most likely, the woman lost control during the switch, causing the lipstick to smear past her lips.

That was the least of Robert's concerns. "So I can switch bodies with focused eye contact," he exclaimed, hearing the high-pitched woman's voice coming from his mouth. "I'm lucky that it worked even with her sunglasses," he said as he adjusted the frame on his stolen face. He placed his well-manicured hand on the sack of cash in the adjacent seat.

Hearing the officer stir as he recovered from his torpor, Robert responded, "I almost forgot, I gotta get away before the police notices." Shifting the car into drive, Robert quickly drove out of the parking spot and made his way to the freeway.
