Epilogue: Alianna Arte'lea

Alianna had ****, but to return to servitude under her master. He was not happy about what she had tried to do and he tormented her for three days and nights. Physical and sexual **** became her almost every waking moment, until she finally snapped. She fixed him a meal one day and slit his throat while he ate. Killing him filled her with a sense of power and freedom she had not felt in decades. It also drove her mad.

None had helped her and so all were guilty and deserved the same fate he had suffered. She spent many more decades learning magic under her own tutelage and making use of the resources he had. She kept up false pretenses of him still being alive, but locked away in study for some time until she decided the time was right.

She announced her intentions to the world by burning the nearest village to the ground and slaughtering all who lived there after which she struck out at the Guild of Magic. Her power was unmatched and after murdering some of the greatest mages of the ages she offered the remaining mages a choice. Work for her or die. Many chose to serve her.

The following age became known as the The Age of Dark Magic and it eventually ended when Alianna Arte'lea was slain in combat with a warrior who would become known as the hero of the age for finally ending the evil reign of The Mad Witch, Alianna.
