Epilogue - Tales

3 weeks after the Downfall of the Empire, Queen Katerina, Princess Alexia, and the 10 Azuralian soldiers who suffered alongside the two royals now gathered around the private quarters of the Royal's Residence within the Azuralian Palace, the top floor. For the Azuralian soldiers, it was an honor for them to be allowed into the Queen's Chambers, something only the **** few have ever had.

"My dear daughter, my soldiers, it has been a long and arduous journey. But we have proven our will, strength, and endurance for the past weeks of hardships. We have proven ourselves loyal and worthy subjects of Azuralia, even as we suffered and pleasured together." Queen Katerina's eyes shone with pride as she looked at her daughter and the soldiers who had bravely fought alongside them in the battle to free their kingdom from the clutches of the Empire.

She felt a surge of gratitude and love for these brave women who had stood by her through thick and thin. Her heart swelled with pride at the thought of what they had achieved together. But now, it was time to tend to their own bodies and desires. After weeks of enduring both physical and emotional torment, their wounds needed tending to, and their souls needed soothing. They had all become closer than ever before as they shared in the same pain, suffering, and glory.

This was a decision she and her daughter had came to together. As they had repeated the history of Queen Ursula and Commander Fiona before, but not alone, they decided it was only fair that the 12 soldiers who fought alongside them would also get to experience the honor of knowing the story, just like how the rescuers of those two ancestors of Azurelia also received that honor.

"As such, it is time for all 10 of you to know the story of Queen Ursula and Commander Fiona. I take it you are all familiar with their titles as Ursula the Brave and Fiona the Valiant? However, the people of Azuralia know not how they truly earned those titles, only that they surrendered and endured the tortures of the bandits to save 300 Azuralian people until salvation came. That victory solidifed the Kingdom of Azuralia, but details of it were not known to all except the royals and descendants of the saviors of the royalty of that time."

With a small smile, Queen Katerina opened the safe she had stored the Scroll of Ordeals into and unfolded it into the awe-stricken, honoured eyes of the soldiers. Even her daughter was looking at her with apt interest, realizing she was finally going to experience the full breadth of the tale.
