Epilogue (Food for thought)

Team RWBY would not learn each other's final scores in the skirt chaser mission until circumstance would cause them to reunite one year after the Fall of Beacon. They all confirmed getting some tail from at least one girl by the time the singles round of the Vytal tournament started. The Fall of Beacon postponed their final reports.

The reunion of Team RWBY following the Battle of Haven was celebrated jubilantly by Nora... but also feared. The forming of Team RNJR, the absence of Blake and the revisiting of Kuroyuri meant that Ren finally made some progress in trying to form a relationship with Nora.

Unfortunately, it was simply too little, too late. Ren had an open goal for an entire year- all Ren managed to do was hold hands with Nora. Was this the best he could do?

Nora still wasn't sure if she was in an official relationship with Ren at this point... Things were leaning in that direction. Ren was ready for love. But with Blake back in her life, Nora was ready to abandon ship. How was she going to tell Ren?

Nora has a lot of explaining to do, though she stands by the choices she has made.

What is the lesson in all of this? Take nothing for granted. Life is short. The tides of chance and happenstance may move in your favour or against you at any time. Just some food for thought.
