Epilogue: "My Family": a school report from Victoria Seras Paek

Hi everyone, my name is Victoria, and I'm going to write a report about my family. I live with my mommy and daddy, and my other mom Christina and my sister Patricia. Dana doesn't live with us, but my little brother Al lives with her and we see her every day.

Mommy is a famous writer and is always busy writing. She sits at her desk for hours and hours, typing away on her computer. Sometimes I get bored and jump on her, and she will start tickling me. She says it helps her relax and think. Mommy has a lot of books and a lot of candles. She has a lot of cool masks she wears. She also has a lot of clothes too, but they're all the same. Daddy says its her "brand". Mommy calls me "Moonbeam" and Patricia "Sunbeam". She's trying really hard to think of something for Al.

Daddy works as an agent. Mommy tells me that secret agents protect the country all the time, but daddy just sits on the phone all the time and talks about royalties and stuff. Mommy and Mama say he's the reason we have such a nice house, so I guess the king and queen are happy he is protecting them. Daddy also has a lot of suits and a lot of ties. Sometimes I put a tie on my dog, but mommy says it's not a good idea.

My other mom Christina, or Mama as I call her, is a softball player. She trains a lot and plays games a lot. She sometimes takes me and my sister to watch her play. We cheer her on and wave big flags. Mommy says Mama is a Champion of Hermes. I don't know what that means.

My sister Patricia is really pretty and popular. She goes to school and everyone likes her. She's really smart and gets good grades. I don't know why she always asks me for help, but she's nice, so I do it. She's my best friend.

Dana is my best friend too, even if she gets grumbly sometimes and calls herself "just a babysitter". When me and Patricia call her mom, she gets really happy, but tells us not to say it in front of everyone.

Little brother Al is cute. I like playing with him. He can't walk or talk yet, but he can crawl, and that's enough for me to chase him around. Mommy and daddy have lots of pictures of him in their rooms. They're trying to get Dana and Al to move in. I'll try asking too. Before Al, I asked Dana why she didn't have a baby, she said she "wasn't dumb and wrapped it up", but then told me to not tell mommy or daddy she said that. I told her I won't if she had a baby, and she got really red and said no, but then one year later, Al was born. Maybe it will work a second time.

We all live in a big house and spend most of our time together. I know my family loves me, and I love them too. I wish we could stay like this forever.
