Enter the train

I'm floating in the air...and in the next moment we're on the roof.

"I'll come pick you up once the winds died down! Don't die, you two!" Nemo says.

I wave to Nemo as the Ornithopter flies away, then turn to look at Lupin.

"Let's just get inside. The wind here is too strong for us to try walking cross. Falling off would not be funny as all." Lupin quickly puts her ear against the train's roof. "There's two of them. From the sound of their footsteps, they aren't Van Helsing or Victoria."

"Then..." I say.

"Right, we'll have to go for the surprise attack. I'm putting you in charge of taking one of them out. Can you do it?" Lupin asks.

"I've got this." I say.

Lupin breaks one of the train's windows in, then slides into the car ahead of me.

I follow her through a few seconds later.

One of the progenitor soldiers is already on the floor; the other has his back towards me while he squares off against Lupin. "Where did you come from...?!" The enemy's hasn't noticed me.

Now's my chance...!

"Gah...?!"

I strike him as hard as I can from behind with my hand, and he falls to the floor.

"That's pretty impressive... I heard you were trained in combat, too, but I didn't think you were this advanced." Lupin says.

"Thanks for distracting him. If I catch someone off guard, I can defeat anyone, even a giant." I say.

"Hahaha, is that Van Helsing's teaching? ...Our gentleman is quite the dependable one." Lupin checks out the train are ahead.
