Enjoying the day with Lily

Author's Note: I have allowed the votes to go in for a couple days now, it seems like Fairy has the most votes with 6, followed by Lamia at 5, Orc at 4, and Sheepgirl at 0, so I will add them into the story in that order, with a possible swap between Lamia and Orc depending on who I think will flow with the story sooner. Sheepgirl will obviously be added last since nobody seemed to vote for that one. I will end the vote now and maybe put another up when I have added in at least 2 more party members.

Lily and I wake up at around the same time, and since she is now healed, we can do some proper exploring.
"So, now that im all healed up, what shall we do today? Do you want to go take on a quest or something?" Lily asks, a big smile on her face, glad that she doesn't have to go back to working in a kitchen.
"Well, since you can move about now, I figured we would take the day to enjoy ourselves. I don't have a lot of gold left, and we do need to stop by the guild first to do a couple things, but it should be enough gold to be able to enjoy ourselves before going on our first quest together." I say with a chuckle. An excited look floods her face and she starts getting ready to head out.

We make our way to the adventurers guild first, Izzy following behind us and causing a bit of a stir. Thankfully the guildhall's doors were rather large so Izzy didn't have trouble getting through with her wings tucked in. The reactions of everybody inside was priceless, aside from a few, most of the people in there showed looks anywhere between Fear, Jealousy, or Awe, and one skinny dude in the corner feinted. The guy at the front desk was stunned into silence, he probably expected me to bring in a small easy to tame creature, not a dragon. Thankfully a less stunned woman who also works the front desk was able to help us.
"I'm here to finish my Guild Enrollment, I was told I needed to bring my Primary Partner. This is Izzy, she is a Purple dragon as you can see. We took out on of those Giant Bull creatures on the way here." I say with a smile.
"Oh yes, we were told by a Merchant that a Dragon Tamer had helped them finish their trip. I won't lie and say I didn't expect somebody a bit older, but who am I to judge. You must have plenty of talent to be able to form that contract at such a young age." She says with a giggle. "That alone would make you a Gold Rank adventurer once you complete your first mission. We will update your card now and give it to you." I see her pull out the sheet I had filled out yesturday and add a Stamp next to tamer that looks like a Spiral shaped dragon, followed by 3 stars. She hands the sheet to a worker and a few minutes later I am handed a Temporary adventurer's card. "If you bring that back after you complete your first quest, we will grant your your Gold Rank card."
"I would also like to set up my Party officially with the guild. Lily here will be joining me, and I plan to pick up a few other members in the future." I say, motioning over to Lily. The woman frowns for a moment before her smile returns.
"Are you sure you don't want to add somebody with Combat Skills to your party, Lily is great but her skills are listed under Utility, she isnt very experienced so isnt exactly at your level." She says. I understand where she is coming from, but it still pisses me off a little bit.
"Lily is perfect for my Party, we formed quite a bond already and I don't plan to leave her behind. Now, please let me make my party official." I say, she nods and quietly gets the paperwork filled out.
"The information will be added to your guild card once your quest is complete, if you wish for us to find you suitable members at a later date just let us know and we will put out applications. I'm sure there are many people who would want to party up with a dragon tamer." A smile back on her face.
"No, but thanks anyway, I plan to find my party members myself. I don't want to risk having shitty people join my group just because the guild thinks they are a good match up with my skills." I say with a tiny bit of venom in my voice.
Since I have my card and our party is set up, we leave without another word.

Our next stop was to check out the Markets, but all that did was wish we had more Gold, since everything we wanted was about 10 old more then what we had at the cheapest. We made a note to come back here after we did a couple quests.
It turns out a lot of the things to do in this city cost a lot of gold, hopefully other cities we travel to won't be so expensive....
Thankfully we could at least afford a trip to the Bathhouse/Sauna the city had, so we decided to go there, since I honestly hadn't had a bath since we left the forest... I took having a bath at home for granted, im going to have to make frequent trips here.
There isn't a co-ed Bath, so we pay our way into the Baths and split up, promising to meet back up in the Saunas, since those were co-ed.

There wasn't many guys in the bathhouse at the moment, so aside from the couple older guys in here, I was able to have a rather peaceful, relaxing bath. They didn't have any scented soaps, so I was mostly just there to wash the dirt off, ill have to search for something to make me smell nice later on. It feels really nice to relax the muscles in a warm bath like this.

After getting clean and relaxing a bit I get out of the bath and wrap a towel around myself before heading over to the sauna. When I open the door it seems that nobody else is in here, so I just sit down on one of the benches and get comfortable while I wait for Lily to get here.
