You decided to stop by Emily and Markus place to talk to them about their new roles as my employees. You specifically wanted to talk to Emily.

So as soon as the chance arose you gave him some cash to pick up needed seeds and fertilizer from the market. He seemed torn between leaving you alone with his sister or risking being fired by rejecting an order from you. Eventually he decided to risk it and head to the market.

Now that you two alone you can talk to Emily freely

"So emily, as you know your roles gonna be as my house cleaner. Its simple but still a bit of a tough job cleaning my place. So i wanted to talk to you about your uniform."

"Oh yea i thought about that to. I figured i didnt want to dirty all my clothes. So i put together a sorta work outfit. Would that work?"

You could let her pick her own uniform to make her more comfortable or enforce your own choice to show dominance and make her look more skimpy.
