Emerald changes Neo

(Okay quick thing about the slip, unless specifically stated in the reasons, ex: Emerald and Ruby. the changes from the slip won't be wiped away)

'This is my chance to turn the tide just a bit,' "I have an idea of who to change," Emerald started writing on a promotion slip, Ruby tried to look at the slip but was being obscured by Emerald.

"Can you at least tell me who?" Ruby asked as she tried even harder to look. Sadly with her being short, Emerald was easily able to finish. As Emerald started to walk away Ruby groaned. "Your doing that thing again where your ignoring everything I say for my own good," Ruby tried to keep pace as Emerald headed towards her own dorm, but groaned as the thief suddenly vanished. Subtly activating her semblance she rushed to team CEMN (Cement).

Emerald unlocked her teams door a little grateful to see the disguised mute that was Neo Politan on her bed. "Neo Cinder told me to give this to you," Emerald gave the girl the slip.
