At the 2026 Winter Olympic Games, Team GB, in partnership with ENF TV, gave fans a world first.

Speed skater Ellia Smeding would live stream 24 hours in the life of a Winter Olympian, being on camera for every single second. No privacy, and complete disclosure of her average routine within the Olympic Village.

As the time hit midnight, the live stream started. For the first few hours, it showed nothing but Ellia, fast asleep. She would occasionally shuffle around or murmur, but her cute face stayed within the frame.

Hours later, the 27-year-old's eyes flickered as she returned to consciousness.

"Good morning, everyone," Ellia yawned as she reached across and picked up the camera. "Sorry if it's been a bit boring watching me sleep!"

Propping herself up on her pillows, the brunette scrolled through the comments in the chat.

"You have been active! Let's see...'you look cute when you're asleep.' Thanks, I guess?! 'Have you been having much sex?' Haha, I guess you've heard the stories! No, I haven't been dabbling myself, I've got a boyfriend. 'Do you sleep naked?' why don't you see for yourselves? Ta da!"

Ellia threw back the duvet...to reveal a skimpy pair of pajamas. The outline of her breasts could be seen through the thin material of her top, as she playfully wiggled her toes as she showed off her bare legs to the camera.

"Come on, guys, don't be like that!" Ellia laughed, as angry emoji reactions flooded the chat. "Did you really think I was going to let you see me naked?"

She swung her legs out of bed, shivering as the cool morning air hit her exposed skin, and instinctively padded towards the bathroom, before stopping herself.

"And I'm not going to pee in front of you, either!"

Instead she began pulling clothes out of her wardrobe, but once again paused.

"Phew, that was a close one!"

She had grabbed the hem of her t-shirt and pulled it as high as to reveal her toned stomach before remembering that she was on camera.

"This is going to be trickier than I thought!"

Withdrawing her arms from the sleeves, Ellia skilfully fastened her sports bra into place before ducking out of her t-shirt. Wrapping a towel around her waist, the Brit dropped her shorts, and pulled on her underwear.

"Guys, you can keep asking, but I'm not flashing you my boobs!" Ellia teased as she finished dressing in a crop top, skin tight shorts, and sports footwear. She subsequently donned a pair of leggings, a jumper, and her Team GB branded winter coat, completing her outfit with a hat, scarf, and gloves.

"It's a busy day for us," Ellia informed her audience while she dressed. "A gym session this morning, a bit of filming this afternoon, and we might catch some ice hockey this evening!"

As if in cue, her stomach rumbled.

"But first, let's go get some breakfast!"
