Chapter 10 by alpha-xeta alpha-xeta

Where will Aaralon go?

East.

Aaralon was not totally ignorant of the area, and he knew that pyremill had since burned down many years after the sign was made. A small town arose in its place, Oxshire, and has since grown quite successfully. The other three paths Aaralon knew the least about, he didn't even have the slightlest clue on what the blurred sign would take him.

Aaralon didn't want to stay around the college much longer, and the girl was very tempting. Giving into his carnal urges, he chose east. Which read pyremill.

Aaralon quickly set off east. He didn't want to lose sight of the fair woman.

Aaralon struggled to keep up with her, she had amazing agility and kept a fierce stride.

The dirt road ran through a sparse forest and among lone farms. The veil of the trees cooled Aaralon from the hot summer sun, and he relaxed, taking in her sight. Eventually the morning sun circled the sky and it became dark. Aaralon arrived at the town exhausted.

The dark sky and his fatigue dulled his senses, and the raven haired girl snuck up on him.

"Why have you been following me?!" she yelled in his ear.

Lie or tell the truth?
