Dulcea was first seen as a wired figure in a cloak walking across the the Beach until she Helps the Rangers defeat the Group of Tanga Warriors who almost killed the Power Rangers

She didn't trust the Rangers at all until they mention Zordon which causes Her to help Lead the Rangers to the Ancient Ruins of the Ninjetti Temple to give them there Ninja Powers.
