Dragons

My Baby Dragon appears from a ball of red light that came out of my Familiars Mark. It lets out a quiet roar, most likely yawning, before stretching its front two legs out. Strom stares at it in disbelief before quickly rummaging through his bag and getting on the floor next to him. He starts measuring its wings and writing in a journal. I make sure to send him an order not to attack Strom.

"Did you come up with a name yet?" Myla asks me and I shake my head no.

"Is there a reason you haven't?" Kallen asks.

"Not really. I'm just not good at naming." I say with a shrug.

"What about Eimbis? It's a Fire Dragon right?" Myla asks and I realize I've never Observed him so I quickly do.

"Yeah, he's a Fire Dragon." I say a little surprised at his HP and MP. "And Eimbis is good. What do you think?" I ask the Baby Dragon and he roars in approval.

"Eric, what are your plans with Eimbis?" Sugano asks me.

"What do you mean?" I ask her confused and she explains.

"Well, Dragons are carnivores, so do you have any plans on how to get all the meat you'll need? And where will you be keeping him?"

"I'll be keeping him in my Domain mostly. As for the meat, I still have quit a bit of Fishman meat from before. That should last me long enough to figure something else out."

"No offense Eric." Kagiyama starts. "But Dragons tend to grow faster than you'd think. Your Familiar Mark may affect the speed as well. So I don't think your cabin will be big enough."

"Oh yeah, I don't think I mentioned it. I got some Domain Essences. I have Nature, Earth, Water and Wind. So there's a lot of grasslands outside the cabin along with hills and a mountain. There's also some floating islands and an ocean. Oh, I also upgraded my cabin to have a Blacksmiths Workshop, Enchanting Room and a Crafting Workshop." I say and he looks at me shocked.

"When did you get all this?" Kallen asks.

"I got the Nature Essence at the same time I found Luna. The Earth came from my powers. So did the Water and Wind. And I've been collecting resources from the Dungeons I've visited to upgrade the cabin."

"Could we see it?" Sugano asks, shocking me a bit since she scolded her husband the last time he asked out of nowhere. "Sorry for the suddenness of this, but you can tell a lot about a person by the way their Domain is. An example is that the Earth Essence could create caves or ravines instead, its all dependent on who the person is. So I'd like to see it to, well just learn more about you." I think it over for a moment before answering.

"Sure, do you want me to take you now?" I ask and she nods. "So who else wants to go?" I ask and end up taking all, including Strom who asked to see the bed/chest we found the Baby Dragon in. Once we enter they start looking around.

"Eric, would you mind if took a look at the Katana you made?" Kallen asks walking out of my Blacksmiths Workshop. They did ask before entering the various rooms.

"Sure, here you go." I say taking my Ancient Beast Katana out of my inventory and handing it to him.

"What did you use to make this?" He asks drawing it out of its sheath.

"I used an alloy I made by mixing Magic Steel and Bergeths Claws. Then I placed a Mythical **Magic Core in it and used Mythical wrappings on the grip. Then I Enchanted it with my Mini Hydra Heart**." I answer and he looks at it impressed.

"How long did you spend on this?"

"About five hours, give or take." I answer and he looks at me in disbelief.

"Really? You made this in five hours?"

"Yeah, I have a skill called Blacksmithing that speeds it up, as well as making my body know what to do. Speaking of, I have a question. Do you know what metal is best for throwing knifes?"

"Your skills can be tasks?" He says, thinking out loud quickly before answering my question. "That would depend. What kind of knifes are you planning to make?"

"I recently got some Giant Bee Stingers and Observe showed me they have paralyzing properties. So I wanted to turn them into paralyzing throwing knifes. I figured if they turn out bad I could sell them and level up my skill."

"In that case I'd suggest some Magic Iron. Since you want them to paralyze not kill, it'd be best to use one that is durable but not deadly." He says handing my katana back and I store it away and thank him. Just then the others come downstairs and we walk outside. Strom and the Dragon stay inside and he examines the chest I took out of the bedroom.

"Have you managed to get up to those?" Kagiyama asks me while pointing to one of the floating islands.

"Yeah, I flew up to the first one there, and found a small lake with an apple tree." I say pointing to the one island I went to. As soon as I finish saying this I see Asami and Luna. Luna comes running out of some trees while being chased by Asamis Minotaur. She's running behind it and I see Kallen draw his sword from a ball of light. "Wait!" I say quickly running in front of him. "That's Asami's. I found her a ring that lets her summon souls. She uses it to spar with Luna." I quickly explain and he puts his weapon away. I hear Luna call my name from behind me and turn around.
