Dr. Sugimoto entered the room.

"Konnichiwa," introduced the young doctor, bowing slightly. "Mrs. Osano, I am Dr. Shoko Sugimoto. So what brings you to my clinic?"

Mari stood up and bowed before sitting down to lower her head, looking down at her clasped hands, unable to make eye contact with the beautiful doctor.

"Do not be nervous, Mrs. Osano," Shoko assured her with a warm smile. "Whatever you tell me is held confidentially by physician–patient privilege."

Mari nodded and took a deep breath, heaving her huge breasts, which were even bigger than the doctor's, before speaking. "I am feeling a lot of sexual frustration..."

"I see," Shoko hummed as she took notes on her tablet. "You are a housewife?"

"Yes, doctor."

"And your husband works long hours?"

"Yes, doctor," Mari sighed.

"What does your husband do?"

"He is a manager at Kojima Industries," Mari answered. "He works hard to get his next promotion and to provide for us."

"I see...." Shoko paused for a moment before asking another question. "How long have you been married?"

"Five years."

"Any children?"

Mari sighed. "Not yet but we are trying."

"You really want a baby but your husband is too tired when he comes home late from work to have sex, is that correct?"

"Yes, doctor!" Mari gasped. "How do you know?"

"Mrs. Osano, you are not the first patient -- and sadly nor will you be the last -- to have this problem that plagues too many Japanese wives."

Mari blushed. "Even when we do have time to make love he still falls asleep. He is always so tired..."

"Do you love him?"

"Of course, doctor!"

"So you have never had an affair?"

"Never! I have always been a faithful and loyal wife."

"I do not mean to imply any infidelity on your part, Mrs. Osano," Dr. Sugimoto explained. "Many housewives have turned to having lovers."

"My husband has sacrificed a lot for us," Mari sobbed. "He had even taken my family name because it is only my sister and myself to carry our name."

"I see," Shoko nodded, taking more notes on her tablet. "Is your sister married?"

"No," Mari shook her head. "Yuika is a senior in high school and she lives with us -- myself, my husband, and his younger brother, Shouta."

"Is your brother-in-law married?"

"No, he just started university."

"Hmm..." Shoko looked up from her tablet to look at Mari. "Is he attractive?"

Mari blushed. "He is my brother-in-law, doctor!"

"Brothers-in-law can be attractive, Mrs. Osano," Shoko smirked. "Besides, I never suggested for you to have an affair with him."

"You are correct, doctor," Mari nodded. "Yes, he is handsome for a younger man."

"Have you noticed any flirtation between him and your sister?"

"Yes, but they treat each other like siblings..."

"I see."

"Doctor, may I ask what do they have to do with my situation?"

"Possibly nothing but I want to consider all factors in your household before I can find a solution."

"I understand, doctor."

"This weekend I want you to schedule a date with your husband -- go out to have dinner and go see movie. You both need too relax -- he needs to stop thinking about work and you bed to stop worrying about getting pregnant."

"Yes, doctor."

"I would follow up with you next week so please schedule an appointment with Nurse Ai."

"Arigato, Dr. Sugimoto."
