The Lust Doctor

"Welcome to Dr. Sugimoto's Fertility Clinic," a petite buxom nurse greeted Kenji with a bow when he entered the office. "Have you been here before?"

"Um, no. This is my first time" he replied nervously. "I have an appointment at three."

"You must be Mr. Kataoka. I am Nurse Ai Koyanagi. Please fill out these forms," the young nurse asked, handing him a clipboard. "Please have a seat, Mr. Kataoka." She bowed slightly while gesturing at the chairs in the empty waiting room.

Kenji nervously sat down and filled out the medical insurance paperwork. He glanced at the pretty nurse to check her out -- she was probably nineteen-years-old and her massive breasts he guessed were F-cup, covered tightly by her light pink uniform -- but she caught him staring. She warmly smiled at him, assuring that he was not the first, nor the last, to gawk at her impressive rack. Embarrassed he quickly looked at the plaques on the wall behind the reception desk.

"That's a lot of diplomas," he noted, trying to act innocent.

"Yes, Dr. Shoko Sugimoto is very smart," Ai proudly replied, pointing to the lamented degrees. "She graduated high school at the age of 15 and became a licensed medical doctor when she was 26. She is not only an urologist and a gynecologist but a sex therapist as well."

"It's good that I booked an appointment with her then," Kenji smiled as he handed the forms back to Ai.

"Arigato gozimasu," the young nurse bowed her head slightly when she took the paperwork. "Please follow me to Examination Room Four, Mr. Kataoka."

Kenji could not help stare at Ai's swaying wide hips as she lead him down the hall. As they passed Examination Room Two, a middle-aged, bespectacled, balding man with a slight beer-belly exited the room and bowed his head nervously when he spotted Kenji.

The nurse opened the door to Examination Room Four and bowed slightly. "Please have a seat, Mr. Kataoka. The doctor will be with you in a minute."

"Arigato," thanked Kenji. She smiled and closed the door behind her.

He looked around the sparse examination room -- there was an examination table with stirrups, a wheeled stool, a plush leather chair, a cupboard and drawers with medical supplies, and medical posters of the male and female reproductive organs on the walls. He was surprised to see a poster illustrating the various Kama Sutra positions but then he remembered the doctor was a sex therapist. He stood up to take a closer look at the poster when there was a light knock on the door.

"Hello, Mr. Kataoka," introduced a beautiful, tall brunette wearing a white lab coat, a turquoise turtleneck sweater, and a choker with a gold heart around her long neck. She bowed her head slightly. "I am Dr. Shoko Sugimoto and this is my assistant Nurse Chiha Rokuhato." She stepped aside to let the equally busty nurse enter the room.

Chiha bowed low enough to let Kenji a nice view of her ample cleavage, which was almost as big as Nurse Ai's. "It is a pleasure to meet you, Mr. Kataoka."

"So what brings you to my clinic, Mr. Kataoka?" asked Dr. Sugimoto.
