Chapter 3 by falconz499 falconz499

what's the story?

Don’t do the Crime…

Madison shuffled uncomfortably on the stool. The room was freezing and she’d been given nothing to cover herself with to keep warm or even to attempt to preserve her modesty. She looked around at the windowless room. It was devoid of anything except the stool she currently sat on and the heavy door set into the wall opposite her.

She tried to quell her anxiety as she waited. The events of the night replaying in her head. The protest had started out peacefully. They always did till the cops show up to break them up. A lot of folks had immediately dispersed. The government didn’t like being questioned and the rumors of what happened to those that asked those questions the loudest was constant speculation.

Madison and her friends had stayed at the protest trying to put on a brave face. The number of protesters outnumber that of the cops so it was easy to feel safe in those numbers. To feel powerful even. It had all happened so fast. One minute they were peacefully walking down the street with signs and chanting. The next chaos had broken loose and Madison had found herself caught up in the fever. Throwing bottles at cops and smashing windows of stores. It had felt good to let out all of her pent up frustration and rage about all of the societal wrongs she felt the government had brought down.

Then the reinforcements arrived. She’d taken off running when she realized that the numbers advantage they had quickly evaporated. She was sure all of her friends had gotten away… She hadn’t been so lucky. She’d been kicked, dragged, and had her hands bound behind her back. Then tossed into a cramped van with other unlucky protesters.

And then finally… this room. It was a little more than a cell. She’d been expecting a crowded holding cell and had initially been surprised to find herself in individual accommodations. Even more surprised when her hands had been released.

No sooner though than her zip ties cut were the burly officers who had dragged her into the room removing her clothes. She’d been so shocked that she hardly resisted at first. Not that she could’ve overpowered the two men who yanked and tugged until even her most intimate undergarments had been pulled off.

Then they’d left. Left her naked and alone in this freezing room. “What’s taking them so long?” She thought to herself as she tried to fight off the cold. What was the next thing that would happen to her?

At that moment the door started to open and she realized that she probably was about to find out those answers… and she had a feeling she didn’t want to know.
