Don't You Wish I Would? [In Progress]

"Xander," Buffy whispered as she danced seductively next to him, "did I ever thank you for saving my life?"

"No," Xander said, his voice strained as he tried to process what was happening.

Buffy stood on her tip toes so she could get next to his ears, "Don't you wish I would?"

She was about to turn away, but his brain was so fried that he responded like it was an actual question, "Yeah."

In the corner of the room a vengeance demon named Anyanka perked up with a smile, "Good enough for me," she said as she fulfilled the wish.

And then the whole world fell apart.

Anya found herself thrown into a pocket dimension, "What did you do?" D'hoffryn yelled as he held the essence of reality in his hands.

"I just cast a wish," she replied. "Like I always do?"

"What kind of wish?"

"A teenage boy has a crush on the Slayer and she..."

"You gave a teenage boy a wish involving a girl!" D'hoffryn shouted at her. "That's why we stick to women! You just released an infinite amount of wishes."

"Oh, yeah, that's not good," she said as she stared at the threads of reality. "So did I just blow up the universe?"

D'hoffryn took a few deep breaths. "Thankfully, no, you can't even imagine who you'd have to answer to if that was true. I can bleed this out slowly. Maybe like one wish a week."

"And that will be enough?"

"No, but it's the Hellmouth, how long can they live for?"

So when I noticed the line 'don't you wish I would' in 'When She was Bad' I was surprised I had never seen a story based on it. While Vengeance Demons didn't exist at the time, we later learn they are hanging around just waiting for someone to formulate something with the use of the word wish.

In this story, Xander says yeah to Buffy's question, and then the wish commences.

This is where you come in. In Xander's mind how does he wish Buffy would thank him? This can be romantic, it can be sexy (I expect more of the latter), anything (that obeys site rules) which you think Xander would fantasize up as a way of Buffy saying thanks.

However - while Buffy will do whatever is in the suggestion, that doesn't mean anyone else will go along with it. So you can write 'Buffy and Xander have a threesome with Cordelia' and Buffy will 100% be down to do that, but that doesn't mean Cordelia will, though Buffy will try and make it happen, however she doesn't gain the ability to just make things occur. All wishes must involve Buffy.

Unlike my other Great Randoms, I have no planned end date. I'll do one wish per episode and will go until I'm bored or the story just isn't tenable anymore.

It will ask you for 3 wishes, but if you want to go through again and put in more you can (just don't flood it with dozens of suggestions, please). As long as this story is possibly still going I'll try to keep the link open and will keep adding the suggestions as they come in to the possible pool.

*edit to add: some people are asking for things Xander would wish for Buffy to do right there at the Bronze. They don't have to be that location or time specific, these can be general things Xander wishes to do. They also don't have to be things that he would verbalize - they can be things he wishes for inside his head.
